Over the past couple of weeks, the Starbucks inside the Publix has noticeably gone downhill. Today, I experienced unusually poor service, even though it was a slow mid-afternoon — not during peak hours.
When I reached the register, I ordered my usual Strawberry Açaí Refresher, which I’ve ordered many times without issue. The associate seemed confused about the drink and was not particularly friendly. It felt like they did not want to be making coffee or helping customers, which is disappointing since Starbucks normally has excellent customer service.
After a longer-than-usual wait (over 10 minutes), my drink was made incorrectly. I politely told the barista that the extra 4 pumps of flavoring syrup I had ordered were missing — I had watched him make it and saw the mistake. I wasn’t asking for anything free, just for my drink to be made correctly. He acknowledged he forgot the syrup, but I felt like I was an inconvenience for asking for the correction.
Unfortunately, the remake was still incorrect and did not taste right. At that point, I left and went to another coffee shop across the street, where the service was friendly, quick, and correct.
A Starbucks visit should not take 15 minutes on a slow day, and the drinks should be made correctly the first time. This location is consistently slow, the baristas are unfriendly, and drinks are often prepared wrong. I will not be returning here anytime soon.

Went in for the free coffee promotion as a starbucks rewards member and the cashier did not scan my coupon and said they’re not doing it. I went home angry, but found I am able to get the free coffee promotion at the same store I went to if I order through the app instead of ordering in person. Was very angry cause I was not going to waste my work time driving back to get it. Thinking this was a way for their employees to be lazy so they wouldn’t have to work and instead just sit there and talk to each other and laugh like I saw when I came in. The place was empty. Won’t be coming back.

Inside the Publix it’s way too hot. It’s been 80 degrees for the past 2 weeks and it seems like the management doesn’t care. Take for instance this one time I went inside to try and get a cakepop. It was so that the cakepop was melted. If I was in a fury I would have “Karen’ed” myself and asked for the manager. Thankfully the only cool thing there was the strawberry blonde lady at the front counter. She apologized profusely and gave me a cakepop from the freezer instead. She alone is the honored one throughout heaven and earth.

The Barista with the long brown curly hair was absolutely fantastic. She makes great coffee and was very friendly! However, it was hard to drink my hot coffee in the store as it felt like 80° in there! Hope they fix the AC so I can enjoy working in the seating area again!

Inside Publix market at the right front with an outside entrance. Can't miss it. Lots of signage. Friendly staff but don't expect an abundance of workers. Two at 11AM. In/out table/seating. I was sitting out of view and they forgot to call when my order was ready. Not perfect but I'll return
Whoever the bartista was on 7/18 @ 9am & made my toasted vanilla shaken espresso !!!!! UR AMAZING!! best one ive had in awhile :) ! thank you sooo much.

Charged me extra for light ice on a shaken expresso. The charge for light ice is for refreshers only, and when I asked they said it's for all drinks. Despite the light ice charge, the venti was not even filled up all the way. Also, scanned my starbucks app for points and though it "scanned", it didn't.

There are 2 Starbucks in this area, very close. The obe with drive tru is always busy with long line. This one in most times is empty, with good and fast service, I like this location.
