Kylie was super customer friendly, patient and informative. She took the time to make my drink to perfection.
I didn’t catch her name but she helped me before they closed today (Thursday) and she was sooo kind. She wasn’t annoyed or upset we came before closing- she even wrote a super nice message on my drink and I wasn’t expecting that. Anywho! I just want to say they’re awesome here. Love the staff and the drinks!
My favorite Starbucks's store. The staffs are good. But their system seems slow in processing order ahead orders.
The Starbucks Brand Mission is to inspire and nurture the human spirit — one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time. Their values deliver performance through the lens of humanity. I have experienced these corporate standards in every Starbucks location until my sister and I, along with my registered service animal dog, a 10 pound tiny maltipoo, stepped into this place today after a 14-hour drive from Miami, FL.
Manager Tony was quick to intercept my sister and my dog aggressively at entrance, soon after confronting me as well, displaying a humiliating attitude and threatening tone as I informed him my dog had all credentials to be allowed at the location, and we complied with all ADA provisions.
Cashier Kyeleigh was just as hostile when I entered the location, her disservice was appalling.
When we finally paid for our breakfast and proceeded to seat, we also placed our dog's disposable and clean tiny bowl on the floor (not at table as per ADA provisions) to feed her after our long trip. Manager Tony walked to our table to confront us again, refusing any dialogue, and forcing us to leave his establishment threatening us with contacting the police without any reason other than him not allowing us at what he called his establishment.
I have communicated this episode to Starbucks corporate headquarters. If this is the allowed behavior and culture of discrimination and harassment of the Starbucks brand, let it be known.
I pulled into the drivethru at 6:10pm with another car behind me and the girl rudely announced that she was closing early. How often does the staff here do this? They are losing business. Eastlake is a full plaza at this hour with lots of exhausted parents in need of coffee…..
I’m happy to announce this place became my favorite after I initially rated it with one star two years ago. Great staff, service, atmosphere and coffee!
This location is perfect. No traffic getting on and out and the workers are SO FRIENDLY!!! My husband works in this complex and always says the same thing! Keep up the great work 👍
Perfect place to have your peace while getting school work done and draw

The drinks are ok to good. The service leaves a bit to be desired, imo; hit and miss. I think it's just too busy sometimes and the employees are over it at those times. Again, my opinion. The saving grace for this starbucks is its location along Roswell. Want a better experience, go less than a mile down the road to the one at Piedmont Road and Roswell. Less convenient, but better all around.
One of my many to go Starbucks in Atlanta area.

The workers were very kind but seemed overworked, i found a bug in my drink and didn’t even tell them, just threw my drink away and went to caribou instead, their workers seemed happier, hope it gets better for them and management does their jobs more

Would rate 0 stars for service. The girl at the register was rude and denied me a free coffee for my birthday because I didn't have the app, even though I offered to show my ID. As we use my wife's Starbucks App. Then just waked away from the register and left us standing there. Even though we were going to pay for breakfast and my wife's coffee too.
I wouldn't recommend this location the staff is terrible.....

I wasn’t aware that Starbucks employees were trained to ignore, be rude, and dismiss customers.
I ended up waiting 30 minutes for a tea and snacks. The barista making drinks cut me off before I could ask about my mobile order. I barely got the word out “excuse me” before she said in an irritable tone, “waiting for a mobile order? I’m working on it.” All the while, never following up about my order and simply ignoring me when I clearly walked up 2-3 times to check the bar for my order. Word of advice, be more invested in learning how to communicate with customers instead ignoring them, especially if you’re trying to keep a job in customer service.

When my coffee was bitter for my liking, the staff changed and made a new one! This customer is happy! I like their chocolate croissants as well!
