Hit or Miss.Sometimes, you wait at least 10 mins at the drive-thru, sometimes you wait 3.Sometimes, your frapp or espresso is made correctly. Sometimes, it's oily or messy running down the sides of the cup.Sometimes the cashiers are friendly asking your name, sometimes they are not.

Closest Starbucks to me. They keep letting my down (especially this location’s service)Today I ordered a matcha tea without ice because it was cold enough outside and this is how much of the beverage I got. I guess most of their drinks are mainly ice.

i visited starbucks today 2/3/24 at 11am and chick in the window was very rude. when i arrived, the screen to order was completely black, which i’ve never seen happen there, i said hello 3x and pulled forward thinking the machine was not working. when i pulled to the window i advised the girl that the screen was black and i said hello several times and got no response while the screen remained black. she states with an attitude, “ well i was helping another customer so you just have to be patient, and also i’m not supposed to take your order at the window!” i then proceeded to explain to her that there is no way that i could’ve have known 1. that you were helping a customer bc you never said anything , and 2. the screen was completely black, so how would i know it’s working if it’s black and you are silent. Very poor customer service, please give this girl some extra training. everyone else that works there is always pleasant. i left with no breakfast.

Two times in a row I’ve ordered two different lattesand it tasted like hot milk with no coffee. I had other people taste it this time too and they said the same - it just tastes like pure steamed milk with a little sweetener. Someone is making drinks with no espresso added or they are putting 1/4 shots to give it a mild coffee smell. Won’t be getting coffee here againEdit: upon reading other reviews I believe they are reusing espresso pucks. So just pulling multiple shots from the same puck. Hence the coffee smell but no coffee. Maximum laziness

So, while waiting for a local grocer to open early this cool, dreary Sunday morning, I decided to drive thru to see if I could get a signature creation made for me at another location. Can I say, "Harley was just suuuuper"? The friendly, warm voice over the speaker matched the beautiful smile and professional greeting at the payment window. My Sugar Cookie Oatmilk Chai Latte with a shot and Xtra hot was made peeeerfectly. Thank you for a beautiful holiday morning Starbucks experience!

I love this Starbucks! I always am greeted nicely by a few individuals and always get my drink right. I'm giving a 4 start review though because there is one worker they have that ALWAYS has an attitude, very short with me and my partner both times we went separate, hasty with giving you your drink and with the passive aggressiveness. I hope the worker sees this and reflect how their attitude can affect the business and experience for the customer. Apart from this one individual, the new building, staff and experience is well done.
