You can tell these people what you want, they can read the order back to you while it’s on the big screen in display, they will have you wait 20 mins in line for the drink, give you your drink AND ITS MADE wrong, they remake the drink and still make the drink wrong!! I get its holiday season and they need alittle patients but don’t have me sit in line patiently for a drink I didn’t ask for! This happens a lot and it’s annoying! Starbucks not about to keep having me pay for wrong nasty ass drinks at my expense! Sick of yall and yall tired ass employees and this tired ass coffee

This location is always very slow and has messed up the order a few times. The order times are not consistent with what the app says. It took about 20 minutes to get TWO drinks with two employees working. And little to no line. May as well go across the street.

Somebody from management needs to explain to "Misha or Mesha" what customer service is. ? Maybe she thinks she's giving good customer service.

I can assure you. ..she's not.

When you make a customer feel like they are bothering you.....that's NOT good customer service

Getting upset ?, indignant or irritated when someone asks you for a cup of ice and TELLS you they will pay for it.....is NOT good customer service.

Working the register, front desk or door requires a pleasant attitude.

Do I seem irritated? ? I am. This is a cup of Starbucks $5+ coffee. Not a $1 anysize McDonald's cup of coffee.

Employee Andre simply wants to be not disturbed while he is texting away distracted when customer is standing in front of the counter wanting to order. First time i stood 3 min waiting for him to acknowledge me, since it didn’t happen, i walked away and got something for myself from the Kroger deli where the Starbucks is located . Second time i walked in after hour and a half to order a coffee, he seems to be focused on his phone but at-least acknowledged me this time. Requested a drink which he said is available here but another Starbucks which is a little further away on another street. Long story short, management should look into hiring employees and training them to focus 30 min in an hour at their job. These days you can’t ask for anything more than that

Website says open and then you take the time to get out your car to go inside and they have something on the counter that says they don’t open until a later time. 8:00 am Not to mention you see the Starbucks worker there and she says she may not open until 8:30. Not to mention they never have what they need. Waist of time. Go to a drive thru location!

I love the iced latte I got it was so good and the people were very nice.

I’ll often drop by this Starbucks inside the Kroger when I’m done with groceries. I swear nearly half the time I’m told that “the espresso machine is down.” So either: (1) the employees are lying because they don’t feel like making an espresso drink; or (2) this store desperately needs to get a new functional espresso machine. Either way, it’s not great. This has gone on over the course of several years too, so this isn’t just a recent problem.

Website says they open at 6am but when I walked in at 6:45 they were closed. Very disappointed.

They seem to care about the environment and the community. I like this.

How can a location not be opened inside and yet has a drive thru that is one of the slowest I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. Pathetic
