This is the WORST starbucks in the area! Unfortunately it is the closest to my house, so I occasionally stop and treat myself. last week I waited 10-15 in the drive thru since the inside is usually slower. When I finally got my drink, I decided to taste it before I drove off. I had to yell back into the open window to get their attention - telling them I think they made a mistake. He looked and said yes he gave me the wrong drink. I would have been so mad if I had driven off after that long wait. Today I treated myself on a sunday. Again waited about 15 mins in the drive thru. Got to the window and again the fella handed me a drink that wasn't mine. When he asked what I ordered - we both realized he never made it. Sooooo, I wanted more for him to go make my drink. This time I tasted it quickly to make sure it was what I ordered, but it was hard to tell with the topping layer. When I got home, I realized despite telling him 3x it should be with oatmilk - it was not. Now I have a drink I spent 25 mins to get and paid for that is just sitting here. ugh. Please hire more employees that can assist with timeliness, customer service, and barista skills. thank you.

and then i get an automated "response" from the owner that takes me to a general starbucks website that is not actually a person. Close this store down or make it acceptable. Just ridiculous that no one in charge actually reads this and wants to make it right.

I placed a mobile order at 11:55am and didn’t receive my order until 12:20 and the app stated it would be ready at 12:06. What’s the use of the mobile app if it’s not going to be ready. I asked the lady and 12:15 and she said she can make it right now. She didn’t make it the gentleman making the drinks left to make the sandwich’s seeing I been in the store 20 plus minutes. I would have been better off going thru the drive thru or another establishment.

I visited around 3 PM on a Tuesday and had a great experience. Kennedy, who took my order, provided exceptional service! They helped me choose the best option and made me feel very welcome without hesitation. Thanks to Kennedy’s friendly and attentive customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Piece of advice to the young girl with the braids ( you know who you are, 9:20am October 6 2024). Say good morning, or greet the customer before you throw the scanner in my face talking about "pick a tip". Really? Thats the very first thing you say to the people that keep your lights on? You're lucky it was early in the morning and I didn't register the disrespect that took place, or I would've threw my beverage right at you. I was polite when I ordered, so if you're having a bad day, that is literally not my problem. Find a job that isn't customer facing with that kind of attitude. If I were your manager, I'd fire you on the spot.

My husband and I come here for breakfast every once in awhile and the staff is so nice especially Matt. They always make sure our orders are done correctly and identify the food that does not have cheese. Since I cannot eat cheese. The stuff is the best.

Order all wrong from the drive thru went in inside and had to wait about 15 minutes for them to correct it when I was there before all of the drive-thru
