It's like this weird in and out Starbucks that needs major renovation. Sadly it's the one closest to my house. Always a long line because nobody goes inside.

Made my drink but I went to the restroom when I came back only my croissant is out no drink. I checked again 30 minutes later and she said she thought I left and kept my drink hidden behind the counter. So watered down. 🤷♀️

This is my go to place because of location but i must say the one thing that irritates me is the temp the on warmed bagel. It's a hit or miss. Someone there keeps adjusting the temp. I either get toasted, slightly toasted or s bagel that feels popped in the microwave for 5 secs. Please have consistency. I hate having to toast my bagel when I paid for a service. Otherwise no complaints.

Oh my lord...I am writing this as I sit in disbelief and am packing my bags. The staff here on Sunday morning October 27th at 12pm. STAFF SO LOUD NEARLY SCREAMING....How can this be allowed.....talking about everything but coffee...I had several other guest pack up and leave.You could tell the other customers were frustrated at this bizarre noise. We are trying to interview and chat with job interviews back to back to back but had to stop interview and instruct others meeting me to meet somewhere else because the staff WAS SOO LOUD. I realize probably college girls working here but this is so inappropriate...fyi, usually spend 100 dollars or more everything we meet candidates here but enough is enough...we will be taking our business elsewhere...

Stopped by this morning and the young lady with the tie around her head looked at me rudely and asked me “what do you need” as if I was bothering her. I told her I needed to order but I would rather go somewhere that didn’t address me as if I was bothersome. No hello, good morning, how can I help you. Won’t be back.

The Marietta locations are AWFUL. Cups are always filled a lot below the size you pay for. I've contacted Corporate about a bad experience I had with the Cobb Pkwy, Smyrna location on Mother's Day & the Regional Mgr was away & never bothered to follow up. Terrell Mill & Powers Ferry Rd location is certainly the one who will fill your cups below what you order. The Kroger location off Powers Ferry is becoming just as bad. So, AVOID Marietta/Smyrna Starbucks, unless you don't care if you are not getting what you pay for!!! IJS
