Second time in a month I’ve been to this location and it’s been closed on a Saturday! This time at least there’s a sign on the trashcan that they have blocking the drive-through that says see you tomorrowI

Almost always out of what you order, very long waits, randomly disable the app.
Edit: I have edited this review to reflect that the location has improved their service significantly over the last couple years.
Yesterday the drive through gentleman had an outburst. Tore off his apron throw it on the ground and stormed away. I asked for a refund like 4 times and he kept trying to disregard what I was saying.

It's a Starbucks. This location is very busy but also very small. No indoor seating. Be prepared for a long wait in the drive through at peak times in the morning.

I work in the plaza with this Starbucks and I often walk up to the window during my shifts, every time I do, I feel as if I am bothering the crew. I get greeted with blank stares and silence and am never told to have a nice day or sent off with a polite farewell and the crew often has a horrible attitude to those coming to the walk up window that they don’t have with customers going through the drive thru. And many times they’ve gotten my order completely wrong… I just want a little caffeine boost while at work and I get met with attitude and unkindness… I would rather get drinks from the Dollar Store instead…

I almost left a bad review a few weeks ago due to specifically “Flynn!” and their horrible attitude and lack of capacity to be a decent person but didn’t, thinking maybe that had a horrible day. Clearly it isn’t just horrible day since somehow today they were even MORE rude to us.
They refuse to engage with customers, coldly staring catching flies in their mouth as if they didn’t just take the order and didn’t have one of our drinks sitting there. Laughed in our faces. Loudly sighing over the mic AGAIN. Please switch this person to a position without a customer facing focus until they learn the most basic customer service skills. Multiple of us are baristas and this is totally unacceptable. The food was great, but don’t go to this location if you want to experience this person’s day-ruining attitude.

“If I had a dollar for the number of times the person taking our order sighed exasperatedly into the headset while taking the most basic order known to man, I could’ve paid the $20 for our food.
I don’t leave reviews on things unless I’m either extremely disappointed or pleased. “Flynn!” really hit the mark by making us all feel like hot trash while ordering and then continuing to make us feel like garbage when they didn’t hear/missed an item, causing them to loudly sigh and get frustrated to our faces.
I would consider letting all the employees know that the headsets are sensitive and they aren’t playing competitive esports where exasperated noises are okay. It makes people feel bad and we were nothing but kind and patient. Two of us are baristas and we all work customer service. We understand having bad days, but you really shouldn’t take that out on anyone. If you can’t handle the interaction, communicate to your coworkers and ask to switch.
Whoever is on warming and made our drinks did an awesome job tho!”

I’m not sure if this location just has lazy employees or what, but I pulled up 5 minutes before close. The employees saw me pull in, and when I made it to the speaker box they immediately pressed the button to play the automated “we are closed” message. Again, a full 5 minutes before the posted close time. If you stop taking orders a certain amount of time before close, that needs to be clearly posted.

I just want to say Audrey is amazing!! I ordered a venti matcha latte with non dairy strawberry cold foam the other day but it didn’t quite turn out how I imagined. I called to speak with a manager and was greeted with Audrey. She immediately understood my situation and delighted in remaking my drink. & oh boy! It is delicious she recommended the pink drink with strawberry puree with matcha cold foam so good!! She’s great & so is the rest of the team I love this Starbucks better than the others 🤫

Best team ever! I started coming here a few months ago after being new to the area. Every time I come I'm greeted with genuine smiles, and every time the baristas spark a conversation with me. I can't tell you how many times they've complimented my watch! They're always happy to ask me how my day is going and what I have planned for it. Way to go management you guys are doing something right

Had the pleasure of attending this location several times. Literally could not find a single reason to complain. Was helped by Jack, Bonita, and Ariel! They were all super nice and very quick with my order! Would definitely recommend this location to friends! Thank you!

This is considered my closest Starbucks, I stopped going here a few years ago because the customer service towards Black people was terrible, I only went because at the time there was a black girl working there, so I felt a tad bit more comfortable. Fast-forward to years later, and I visited them yesterday and it’s worse, the way The workers in there speak to you through the drive-through is inhumane. Then you get to the window and they give you the wrong order, you tell them this isn’t your order and they get very smart with you. Because this is your food, you can’t respond in the way you want, but I can definitely tell that Every single white person in there had an issue with me and my family being black and wanting the correct order. I heard all of the side remarks, and I heard everything all of you said under your breath. If you don’t want to service, black and brown people, then you need to work at a location that isn’t smack dab in the middle of black community. You can’t even hide your hate for a three minute interaction, if you would’ve gotten the order correct then we never would’ve had to go there.

Shout out to the barista this morning that took my order and when I asked for a pup cup he said “sure we just need some ID”. That got a good laugh out of me and my dog very much enjoyed his pup cup responsibly!
