I go through this Starbucks drive-thru regularly, but after today, I’m seriously reconsidering. When they handed me my HOT chai latte, the lid wasn’t secured, and it immediately spilled all over me and the inside of my car. The burning tea scalded my legs, ruined my work uniform, and now my car needs to be detailed because of the mess. The employees didn’t even offer napkins or acknowledge what just happened. I had to drive home to change, making me late for work. Absolutely unacceptable. If they can’t do something as simple as putting a lid on properly, they shouldn’t be serving hot drinks!

Rude guy at the drive-thru on 2/2/25 at around 2:20pm. I ordered a pink cake pop and he asked if I wanted anchovies?! Might want to drug test him.. something is wrong.. terrible service. Weird experience!

I don't know what magic they're putting in the drinks here but it was a 10 out of 10. I can normally make my drink last for quite a while. Not this one! So delicious I drink it in record time! They charge to my card $11.48 dollars more that what I bought, and they took 30 min to give my order and when they finally did it was incomplete and the drink were in a size that a do not ask. I really don't recommend to go to this starbucks
