WORST location and STAFF ever! Straight garbage. Stopped by to grab coffee with a few of my colleagues and the circus looking staff just went about their day talking loud, goofing off, just lackadaisically business as usual. We waited for several minutes until we had to ask if we could place an order. Long story short, we placed the order and as they prepared it, they bumbled around, laughing all while being totally unprofessional only for us to get lukewarm, scorched tasting coffee. One and DONE! Everything about this place is just WEIRD !

If I wanted to pay $6+ for a cup of ice I could have gotten more ice for a lower cost at the gas station. I’ve filed so many complaints against this location to corporate that they won’t even help me anymore and even getting a call back from the district manager he never returned my call. This place is a joke. One time I came 20 mins after placing my order and there was no one around and 3 workers were just standing around chit chatting while my order hadn’t been started yet. I come to this location for convenience but it’s time I take my business elsewhere.

After multiple experiences with my order being wrong, today my coffee had thick curdled chunks-like spoiled milk settled at the bottom of the drink. I will not be returning after my most recent experience.

um, the lady that took my order after i got my drinks said “is there a problem?” when i was literally just waiting for the rest of my order that she FORGOT about. she thought i got everything i ordered so she was rude. then she had to tell the other worker to make it because they hadn’t started on it yet. like why’re you getting an attitude with me when you didn’t remember my order?

I have officially converted to Starbucks since Dunkin' donuts coffee just fell off It tastes disgusting and the one over here on Windy Hill never opens at 5:00 Starbucks opens at 4:30 which is perfect for me as a bus driver I need to get my coffee before I come to work this place was absolutely clean the customer service there was plenty of people that work there and they were absolutely wonderful and cheerful not like Dunkin' donuts where they are extremely depressing and they take forever to do anything and they're just rude they don't even say good morning nothing they're just obviously not happy to be working there this is a highly recommended store I will be coming back and I have just downloaded their app and goodbye Dunkin' donuts.

The lack of urgency and customer service is beyond terrible . Did a mobile order , got there 12 min later , order isn’t ready . Two employees and the drive through employee are working half paced , another guy is on an iPad doing nothing . When he finally asked my name he informed me my order is three orders behind , I asked for refund he said he couldn’t refund a mobile order . The young lady stopped making a drink to try to refund me , what does the iPad guy do ? Nothing . Didn’t pick up where she left off, just on the iPad doing nothing . I told her I had to go to work .

Called after work , they said I have to come in store for a refund . I asked was there any other way , he said no . SO YOU DONT KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE A LIVE CHAT AS AN EMPLOYEE ?? I won’t be back to this location .
