They were super rude from an interaction that lasted 10 seconds, i went through the drive thru and they were a little backed up but when i got on the speaker some girl told us to hold which is fine i expected it, but then a man told me to go on with our order so we request our drink and he decides to sigh very loud in the mic and say “sure” to us. As a fast food worker, i understand the frustration of getting more orders over and over when busy, however you should not be showing your frustration to customers that have done nothing. He was so rude so we said “Nevermind, Thank you” and drove off. Will not being going back to this location, and hope he finds something better to do with his sad life.

I've been coming to this Starbucks for some time, and David has converted me away from my typical style which is "Venti Black!". I let him know that I've been on a keto diet and now I don't have to drink simply black coffee! This 5 star review is for David and I'll keep coming back!!!

You can't really order anything here. I mean you can walk in and stand in the place to pay for your order but no one is there to take your order so why go in?

I ordered a grande drink and was charged for a tall, and when I asked about it to clarify since I was co fused about my order being wrong when I went to pick it up, no one apologized and basically was just told that “mistakes happen.” I was basically stared at when I asked what to do to make sure I was getting the correct thing next time. Not impressed with the customer service here today.

I have been going to this Starbucks for almost a year, and their current team is honestly phenomenal. They have a great vibe! I have seen them at their busiest, and I see how much they hustle and how hard they work, and I'm genuinely impressed and grateful to be served by such a great group of people. I've chatted with them occasionally, and everyone is so sweet. Thank you Windy Hill Starbucks team, for all that you do! <3

Came this morning. Ericka has TERRIBLE customer service. I only ordered two things and could tell she was in a bad mood at the speaker. Her “anything else, pull around” rubbed me wrong but it’s early 0600! Get to the window she handed me someone else food And grabbed it back abruptly midair. We both ordered a sandwich so I had no idea. Didn’t give me a napkin, just handed me my sandwich and just sort of dismissed herself. I waited and asked for a few napkins. Got an eye roll of annoyance. I had food like seriously? I didn’t say anything to her about her customer service. Just asked her name because she had on a hoodie and no name plate anywhere. Thanked her and left. I’ll go back for the food and coffee, just hope someone friendlier is in the window. Even a smile or have a nice day is simple manners. Idk. Thanks Starbucks.

I came in during a busy time and nobody would address me. I stood at the cash register for about 15 minutes before giving up on ordering. Several staff members passed by me without saying a word. Nobody said they’ll be with me or hi or anything along the lines.
