As for this location…..As soon as you walk through the door Ac is always leaking through roof into floor into bucket (watch your step), and have felt sick after eating from here every time. This was by far the cleanest Subway I ever visited. The staff was polite. I will be back
the worst experience i’ve ever had a subway. first we tried to use a coupon the guy told us no we had to order it online so that’s what we did after ordering online we go back inside the worker was on the phone the whole time and when i asked for more ranch on my sandwich he waved me away with his hand . the absolute worst customer service i’ve ever had. so rude and uncalled for. mind you i asked very nicely “sir can i please have more ranch” i’ll definitely never be back here they need to update their workers on customer service
This is the worst subway , got my order wrong and was barely any meat on 30 worth of sandwiches dry to eat, the food was horrible, he seems to be trying to save himself money by putting as least as possible on ur sandwich , look at this grilled chicken sandwich it has no meat, I want my money back.

This is the worst Subway ever! The only thing that is consistent is the consistent rudeness and extreme lack of customer service skills! Today, 5/14/24, marks the second visit where I encountered the same server who sighs loudly and rolls his eyes when presented with a request. After he burned my bread, I asked him to remake it, and he scraped the chicken and cheese from the burnt sandwich, and slapped it onto the new bread, while rolling his eyes and sighing in disgust. How pathetic! I told him to forget the order and walked out. By the way, he seemed pleased. What decent server prides themselves in preparing sandwiches on burned, overly-toasted bread? What decent server scrapes ingredients from burnt bread onto new bread? I immediately drove to the Subway location on Dallas Higway, ordered the same sandwich, experienced superb customer service; my bread wasn’t crusted and burnt, the sandwich was neatly prepared and not sloppily created, as this location’s preparer had so rudefully done. This store should permanently close its doors.
