This subway has the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. The Hispanic lady gave me ham instead of turkey and then got mad when I corrected her. She proceeded to throw veggies on my sandwich and slam things around. I asked her to add mayo to both sides of my bread and she said it was against the rules to do so. Out of convenience, I’ve visited a few times, and her attitude is ALWAYS horrible. This is the last straw. She must be racist or something because it’s no way she is this mean to patrons for no reason!

So I’ve been to this subway twice and the first time I had the same experience with two different employees.. the ladies there seem to have the nastiest attitude and with me being black it makes it seem like a race issue because both ladies were non black or white . The second time I went the lady slung my sandwich out the oven , so much so the meatball came out and made a mess … luckily it’s just a sandwich because if it was anything else I would have walked out . Management do better .

When I got there it wasn’t even opened after waiting almost 40 minutes outside the store from the opening time.

Not only did the lady barely grab any meet not even enough to spread out on the bread. Told me there was nothing she could do about it and left it all in a clump in the middle of the sandwich. Toasted the sub on paper instead of on the metal tray that they're supposed to use. There was junk all over the paper that look like blood. When I asked for the other lady to make my sandwich The other girl said yeah I can do that. Just give me one second which was fine. The lady making my sandwich kind of just ignored me and continued on asking me what I want on it so I got frustrated and left. I think this location needs to go through training again.
