I ordered Doordash. They made my sandwich horribly. And They sent me a 12 Oz bottle of Coke Zero and I ordered regular Coke. Not only that but it was HOT! How the f*** am I going to enjoy it?!? This particular subway located at 6681 Roswell is a f****** disgrace. They need to shut you down. This is Sandy Springs, recognize where you are and who you serve.

I throw my trash out with more care than the way the big dude makes sandwiches. The customer service manual got lost in the mail when subway shipped the materials to open his store. The only part about the experience that was fulfilling was donating money to a slowly crumbling local business.

Older Lady who works here is very rude, definitely avoid going to this subway this place needs new owners or to get shut down.Go to the other subway down the road by Home Depot instead!

If you order using the Subway app and pick up they will cheat you on the meat! I thought it was a mistake the first time but today they again failed to include the double meat I ordered on my sub. Of course they didn't forget to charge for it!

No seriously listen to the reviews. They ration veggies like they wanna use one tub for the whole day. You ask for extra tomato and they put like one extra chopped cube of tomato like it makes a difference.Do better.
Very rude service, especially the lady. They try to give you as few ingredients as possible. Only go here if you have to.

TLDR: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, SERVICE IS GARBAGEIf the option to leave store with a 0-star rating was available, I would absolutely leave one. The service was horrid, the older female server was stingy with the toppings, even going to the extent of refusing the patrons' wishes to add more of their desired toppings. She will raise your sandwich to eye-level and tell you "there is enough", when just sprinkling the food on the bread if you tell her you want more.My experience with this was when I asked for more lettuce and cucumbers on my 6-inch, but she had the audacity to stare at me and tell me off. Don't waste your time and just go to the McDonalds across the street.

Wow. This subway restaurant is straight up garbage! I was in the mood for a cheap burrito. I saw a Taco Bell near by. Went to pull on the door and the lobby was closed. I turned around and saw a Chinese place and a subway. I was like "Subway will do today". I drive a truck and kinda parked a lil ways from the restaurant. I walked up and seen a guy in there. Went in and was not greeted at all. So I stare at the menu to locate the prices because every subway is priced differently. I see the spicy Italian on the board for $7.49. Ok let's do it. I tell the dude that and as I was asking if they had the honey oat bread he pulls out Italian herb and cheese. That's cool I like that too. He proceeds to put the meat on so I start to count my meat. You're supposed to get 10 pieces of salami and 10 pieces of pepperoni. I count about 8 pepperoni and 6 salami. I ask they guy if they are cutting back on the meat and he asks me if I got the spicy Italian. Crazy right. He kinda mumbles something else under his breath and I ask him was he alright? I wasn't in the mood to nut up today but it made me a lil mad. Mad enough I didn't even pray before I ate it. I paid and got my receipt and left. Sub tasted well but the way that clown acted was uncalled for. That location will never see my brown tail in there again! Oh I got to the truck and looked at the receipt. Receipt showed that the actual price was $7.70 not $7.49 which was advertised. Kinda suspicious if you ask me. Just wild

They close early all the time. Closed before 4 today, Sunday. They guys were watching my husband leave as the door was locked. This is the third time we have gone to the store during “open” hours and they were closed. Pretty frustrating.
