This location is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to, but today just took the cake. While making my sandwich the worker placed a tomato on top of it that obviously had something g on it. I requested she take it off she did and just placed it back I. The stack of tomatoes. The drink machines haven’t been working in weeks. The food is inconsistent from mediocre to poor. They don’t care about serving customers. I came there previously and was waiting for the worker to notice me while she was on her phone. Touching a filthy phone while serving food? Terrible! This will be the last time I come here. There is one lady who think is the manager and she is always polite, but the food quality overall is atrocious. Avoid this place at all cost, there’s a Birger King around the corner.

First of all the toaster was messing up, and the lady faked toasting my sub and thought I didn’t notice skimmed on all the toppings. I had to tell her twice for every topping to put more would not recommend the subway go somewhere else.

Made me sick. Food poisoning. Hadn't had food poisoning in years. Picked up a sub from here and ate it in the car. I noticed the bread or something had a taste that was... off. Had Subway from other places plenty of times so I knew it was off. Still ate it since I had been hungry all day just to get it over with. Next 30 or so hours were terrible. With what other people have commented, it looks like the lack of hygiene has an actual effect on their customers' health too.

This Subway has an advertisement near the Walmart checkout aisle for a $6 footlong pizza sub or footlong meatball marinara sub. I got the pizza sub, which was one layer of pepperoni and some pizza sauce and nothing else. You're not allowed any vegetables. They're stealing people's money, charging $6 for a thin layer of pepperoni and a little sauce. There wasn't even any cheese. What kind of pizza sub is that??? They should be ashamed to sell something like that! The bread weighed more than what was in it.

Avoid this place!!! It’s inside Walmart. Buy One Get One Free with a drink coupon NEVER works here! All other coupons work. Workers are clueless and looks like they have been taught to not to accept it. They say it’s been used . Really?? It came in mail yesterday and this is a generic coupon without any customer number. Its pathetic. For few dollars they lose customers and the best part is they dont care. Tomatoes were soft and frozen and lettuce was brown. Works busy with cell phones and don’t care. Subway is going down the drain!!
Terrible workers. I ordered a Meatball Sub and the lady tried to sell me some bread with half a meatball and half a slice of cheese. Took a picture of what she was going to give me and she laughed saying she doesn’t eat meat. The co-worker came over and I asked her if it looked like a sandwich and she said laughed. Neither wanted to make a new sandwich or apologize whatsoever. I had to ask for a refund and the older lady continued to be rude. Both these workers need to learn some proper manners and customer service. Terrible location.

We got there and there was an Indian man and Indian women. The woman was on her phone the whole time. We ordered 4 sandwiches. We asked for fresh tomatoes because the tomatoes looked old and the container was so cold that it even had ice all around it. The Lettuce looked the same. When we asked for fresh tomatoes he said he didn’t have any but he could give us fresh lettuce and we agreed. When he was preparing the last sandwich he started touching his head with his wrist. We went to the cash register and he took his glove of and actually started scratching his head with his hand In front of us it was disgusting

My daughters ordered a Foot long Boss sandwich to share. But instead of charging me for the foot long. Since they cut it in half. They charged me for 2 6inch sandwiches. Now I know times are hard but I don’t own a Subway and a McDonald’s. Reason I mentioned McDonalds is because when they charged my card I received an e recipe from McDonalds in Marietta for the amount I paid at Subway in Kennesaw! Yeah it was only a $1.60 difference but I guess the restaurant franchise business isn’t as lucrative as I was led to believe.
