I've been to this location many times over the years and never had any issues. Today however, is another story, and no it's not a serious problem but it's a problem. Especially when people pay extra for things and they don't get them. I ordered a foot long meatball sub online. I had no problem with the people working there, everyone was nice. My issue is that I paid for extra meatballs on the sandwich and there is absolutely no way that they put extra on it. It barely looks like a regular order was put on it. That was $3+ wasted.

The size of the subway isn’t the issue, the food isn’t the issue, the service or lack there of is the issue. I placed an order for delivery through this store, my food was stolen by my delivery driver(albeit not their fault), when I went to contact the store no one picked up. I called for 45 minutes straight with no answer. So I would recommend going the extra mile or two to utilize a different subway because this one clearly has no intention to resolve any issues, let alone hear them.

Said that a footlong sub comes with just 4 little slices of turkey. Not folded over. Not overlapping. Just 4 pieces of turkey on the whole footlong.

I was going to be charged extra for ingredients I didn't want on my sandwich and was told I can only order from the menu and those are the only prices they have. So I walked out! I thought the whole entire point of going to Subway is that you can have a sandwich made your way.

Carryout ordered online, footling sub and pizza wrap, walked across the street to pick up. Got back home 10 mins later and discovered a 6 inch sub and a COLD mess of a wrap. No working phone number at this store, so I ate the half sub and walked back, predictably irritated. The young lady behind the counter tried to argue with me saying the pizza wrap on the website that I ordered was in fact NOT what I ordered, so that's why they gave me something I didn't order, condescendingly reading the receipt to me, for all the world as if it was the most obvious thing in the world that I was mistaken and they had prepared the order correctly. On top of my mounting frustration and aggravation, I was told I could be more polite by the employee whose 1st resolution was begrudgingly refunding only for the wrap, not the sub, which she also then tried to reference the receipt which, surprise, showed it should have been a footlong! 1st bad experience here, but it was bad enough to be my last.

Ordered online from this location. Paid through online app with subway. The message said 15 minutes. Get to location, door is locked employee sitting on curb and said closed for maintenance. When asked about refund he said we don’t do refunds. What a scam!!!! I think he was really locked out of the building.

Just bombarded two workers literally 15 minutes before closing with 5 different footlongs. Honestly the most patient and kind employees. I think their names were Christian and Cesar? But they were really nice and they wrapped each sandwich in half like we asked and also labeled all of it. The wrapping was surprisingly neat which a lot of subways are normally messy.
Also I’ve never seen a subway have a drive thru so that was cool too.

I called an no answer, when I spoke to the personnel inside she said that the phone was working and I tried to call and I didn’t heard the phone ring. Owner please check
Horrible Service. They lock the door while on the phone & will not let customers inside to place an order. Customers knock on the door, they look at you & walk to the back of the store.
