I order a 38 doller order from them and had it delivered but never got the order. I called store and they said it was delivered to 17g and I am 7 g. It's raining and I knew it was soggy now. I ask for a remake or refund. Never got will not support subway again.

I went by there a couple days back. There was one person waiting in the drive thru, nobody inside, so I walked in the store. When I walked in, I know he was in the middle of making the drive thru order, waited a few minutes expecting to be acknowledged, but I was just ignored. I watched the young employee, with gloves, make the sandwich, adding condiments and such, and with the same gloves, handling the oven and who knows what else and back to making the sandwich. Gloves are meant to protect you for cross contamination, but if the employee is using the same glove and not changing them out after grabbing other things, then the gloves are useless. I walked out a little queasy, thankful I wasn't acknowledged or I might have stayed.

Guy with the Mohawk needs better customer service he caught an attitude when I asked him to make another sandwich and then had the nerve to talk trash to the cashier in spanish. If you can't accommodate someone who wants a second sandwich you shouldn't be working for Subway.

Literally standing in line at this subway which has a drive thru. There is a gentleman that had been sitting in his car for his order at the drive thru window for 20-25 mins. They took 3 orders for people who walked in after he got there, including me. Honestly just sad the poor guy sat there that long. They knew he was there and chose to ignore him.

The worst subway ever they just need to close down in the drive thru waiting waiting and when they do answer they have a attitude 30 mins for a drive thru sandwich please do us a favorite and just don’t open back to jimmy john

The worst attitude by the lady behind the counter. I bought a footlong today and asked to wrap the two halves separate - lady started shooting and abusing. Alli had asked is for separate packing so that I can eat the two halves at different times but this lady behaved as if I asked for share in her property.Sorry to say but with this attitude the franchise will never grow. I will not go this subway again and I hope readers of this review will follow the same.

This store has been much better since the change in management. The new employees are having to do multiple positions simultaneously. While managing to deal with rude customers and sometimes it will be one sandwich artists working alone having to do drive-thru, walk-ins, and online orders. Also, occasionally customers who don’t understand how a normal drive-thru works will pull straight to the window honk or sit there instead of ordering at back the speaker as intended. The customers that think they can just pull to the window slows down the employees process because now they have to stop helping other customers inside to attend the window instead of talking orders through their headsets (which is how drive- thru’s work). This causes the drive- thru to get long and people inside to have to wait.

Went here for lunch ordered Italian bmt and the meat had to be old. I’ve been in bed since yesterday dealing with food poisoning. My weekend is gone and my body aches horribly

Bad customer service. Cashier/cook was being short with me. Not paying attention. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him.
