Wouldn’t accept a coupon that THEY send out. And then the young lady wants to be on her phone and not listening to me, making me repeat myself. And they starting to tax on they subs.

The place is always clean but I usually avoid this one because they are really stingy with the meat and today the veggies looked awful.. the tomatoes looked like they were 3 months old. I should've left but was starving. The worker acted very distracted, putting raw bacon on my sandwich like no ma'am you have to cook that? Was kind of rude and rushing I will absolutely not be back. There's one in Walmart right around the corner I'll go there.

Can't rate the food because I never got a chance to order. Been thinking about a subway salad all day. I leave work and walk into subway, immediately once the doors open you feel like you just walked into a sauna. That was supposed to be my queue to leave as I had to call out to get someone to come from out of (I'm assuming the room with an ac/fan in the back. Btw, there aren't any fans in here and that explains why its empty. The guy finally comes and I say man, why is it so hot in here... AC broken. OK, let me look... 2 mins later and sweat starting to pour I notice, there aren't any salads listed on the menu. I ask, yall dont make salads anymore, yes what do you want he replies. So, you dont have a menu listing for me to analyze and see what I want? We have steak, chicken, what do you want he says... I want to look and not have to ask you to type in each item to tell me the price. Long story over, I left without getting a salad, way hotter and wetter than I came in. I wouldn't recommend this place to the geese hanging in the parking lot outside

Terrible and they alter coupons to what they want regardless of the rules in the actual coupon along with the other nearby location in which they are related too wont accpet it period Will be contacting corporate in regards to this scamming.

Well the 2.6 star rating is 100% too many stars. By far the worst subway I have ever placed an order with. The owner told me they were right because she made them (the order was wrong). Anyways. Here’s a picture of what we received from our online order.

Hearse Haunter

Came in with a coupon for $6.99 ft long. I told the woman at the counter when I ordered. She didn't say a word about I couldn't use the coupon. When I paid the other woman said I couldn't use it. So a $7 sandwich cost (plus med drink) my $13.
Ridiculous, she wants to argue. I have wasted my 30 minute lunch and haven't had a single bite of my overpriced sandwich. Now I have to drive for almost 2 hours with nothing to eat

Today I experienced something so eye opening that this review is a must. I experienced prejudice from business managers that I will share later as an added on but this review is too show honoring respect to the subway employee for her kindness to the point that she didn’t even realize but saved my life. I was at a point of suicide doubting myself, my mental stressed to the max. But her simple gesture included access to charge my phone, a moment to rest, a free cup of water, concern for me to be in a clean environment. There is no business in this general area that offered me a simple convenience of such due! Thank you subway employee for caring enough about your customers instead of your money due to be more important!

I just ordered a sandwich with the ghost pepper bread that I placed online. Got there, and they were out of it. Then the sandwiches were prepared very poorly and dry without the mayo and vinegar requested and the skimpiest meat ever. Won’t be back.

The bathrooms are locked. As a customer paying for food, both bathrooms are off limits. This is unacceptable. Additionally, they didn't have any red onions, the lettuce and tomatoes both look terrible and limp and brown around the edges.

Terrible service, we ordered 2 sandwiches with the same ingredients, when I realized I had only put one meat and the rest not so I told her that she lacked the more than if she put the rest, she got upset and started yelling at us maybe she didn't understand us, it was just something simple to add what was missing but apparently she didn't want to do it, but we didn't like her attitude of screaming and whipping the sandwich so we left and didn't buy anything we weren't going to buy in a place where they don't treat you well

Stay away from this location. A hair was baked into my cookie, like actually intertwined into it. Submitted a complaint online and it was routed to the store who called and offered more cookies for compensation, I’m sorry but after gagging over this, the last thing I want is more cookies. I just wanted a refund and they said the amount was too little to refund. Never ever again. The sandwiches also had very little meat and toppings.
