Customer service not so great. Person working has a bad attitude.

I just ordered a sandwich with the ghost pepper bread that I placed online. Got there, and they were out of it. Then the sandwiches were prepared very poorly and dry without the mayo and vinegar requested and the skimpiest meat ever. Won’t be back.

The bathrooms are locked. As a customer paying for food, both bathrooms are off limits. This is unacceptable. Additionally, they didn't have any red onions, the lettuce and tomatoes both look terrible and limp and brown around the edges.

Terrible service, we ordered 2 sandwiches with the same ingredients, when I realized I had only put one meat and the rest not so I told her that she lacked the more than if she put the rest, she got upset and started yelling at us maybe she didn't understand us, it was just something simple to add what was missing but apparently she didn't want to do it, but we didn't like her attitude of screaming and whipping the sandwich so we left and didn't buy anything we weren't going to buy in a place where they don't treat you well

Stay away from this location. A hair was baked into my cookie, like actually intertwined into it. Submitted a complaint online and it was routed to the store who called and offered more cookies for compensation, I’m sorry but after gagging over this, the last thing I want is more cookies. I just wanted a refund and they said the amount was too little to refund. Never ever again. The sandwiches also had very little meat and toppings.

Will not go back to this place. after i paid for my food, i saw bugs crawling on the side of counter. Dropped the food in garbage can.

Not fresh at all old vegetables and meat tasted ? haven't had subway in a while but after this experience won't be getting subs from here anytime soon

I’ve recently started going to this subway frequently over the last few months. I definitely will no longer a customer here. The food is low in quality and the service is awful. The sandwich barely had any meat on it they are very slow. The manager and her one employee are rude and disrespectful. They do not know what “customer service” means. I’d rather take my money to an establishment where I will be treated with great customer service and respect. Thanks but “no thanks”.

The lady at the front was friendly, but my sandwich wasn’t made correctly at all. The tomato’s were slimy and when I opened the sandwich a substance that appeared to have the consistency of saliva or snot was all over the tomatoes. Which, by the way, I asked to be removed from the sandwich. Absolutely SLATHERED with mayo. I ended up not eating it and throwing it due to having issues with subways refusing refunds in the past. Never again. I’m so done with subway in general. Such a shame!

I went to this subway and was amazing customer service, the only bad thing that for that times they dont have chicken or meat, just tuna or something like that i dont remember well, the good things was that i went a little late at sunday like final afternoon and they still open, good point for them. Clean place and good parking, definitely go there!

Lady is very rude and didn't want to exchange some coupons for me so I don't know why they send them ?

The lady serving was very rude. I do not recommend the subway in this town.

The service I received was horrible :/ The lady who made the sandwich was so rude and mean. She made it clear she did not want me to order or even breathe her air. She had a horrible attitude and the sandwich I received was okay (not as fresh as possible but decent). Both bathrooms were unlocked and she refused to let me use it as well. so sad
