I went to this subway and was amazing customer service, the only bad thing that for that times they dont have chicken or meat, just tuna or something like that i dont remember well, the good things was that i went a little late at sunday like final afternoon and they still open, good point for them. Clean place and good parking, definitely go there!

I eat here 01-21-2024 and I got stomach flue the food is no fresh I skip the tomatoes and cucumbers because they look old and mushy.

They don't take coupons. Alot of theses Indian ran Subways , are the same so why support them if they don't support USA coupons. Man America is so f slow aiding theses

I’m not even trying to be funny, I am not going to patronize Subway anymore. They don’t speak, then asked me did I want anything, and I’m in line to order. I had to ask for more of each topping because it was in the center and not throughout the sandwich. I had to limit my toppings because half of them were grey from either being old or not being wrapped. I really do not like this food chain anymore. Whoever owns this restaurant should not be able to serve people in this community.
The service I received was horrible :/ The lady who made the sandwich was so rude and mean. She made it clear she did not want me to order or even breathe her air. She had a horrible attitude and the sandwich I received was okay (not as fresh as possible but decent). Both bathrooms were unlocked and she refused to let me use it as well. so sad

We have Always had problems going to this particular subway and it's never been a good experience. This time we have gotten lots of coupons in the mail for subway and decided to use them to the closest subway near us. We went inside and the workers told us right away we don't take coupons in this location in the rudest tone. The coupons says we can use them at any location but the ladies working denied taking our order if we wanted to use the coupon.. This location never had good reviews and something needs to be done. This location is at 603 S Marietta Pkwy SE

if I could give less I would this subway is on 1600 kennesaw avenue and they mislabled one of the two sandwiches I ordered. So my granddaughter ate the wrong one and had a reaction to the banana peppers on the sandwich. When I went back and saw the girl who mislabled them her name was Alyssa and she had an attitude. She called the owner a Monica Laldin who was even worse. No customer service and no caring. Will not go there again and will tell everyone that the owner and her staff suck.
