Worst subway Ive ever ever been too. Came here a lot over the years. Owner/ manager is very rude Asian lady always skimping on sandwiches. Won’t accept valid coupons. Even once’s that work online they just won’t make them. Owner is always paranoid people are getting soda… came in today for to give one last try lady came around from counter to clarify water was in my cup 😂. If the owner payed more attention to cockroaches near the cookie display and behind the trashcan maybe this location could accept coupons .

I love Subway, but it was my first time at this particular location... I don't know if it's the same for all locations or just this one, but I was shocked to see that, although Subway prices have skyrocketed, the sub size was greatly reduced. As far as I can tell, not by length, but definitely by width. If you have ever had Jimmy John's "skinny" subs, which is usually ideal for my 9 y.o., might I add, this is similar to the width of the sub that I received from this Subway. I surely hope this is not the norm for all Subways now. I was highly upset because nothing has decreased about the prices in order to match the product given. I also noticed that the chicken was rationed, as the ends of the bread had no meat. It's very disappointing to spend all that money for a sub, and still be hungry afterwards. I gave 2 stars because at least it was good.

To the owner: if you keep on giving people half of what other subways give, you may feel you make more in the short run, but in the long run I'm sure you will see. People eat at multiple subways and they know.

I got 2 veggie footings. Felt like they skimp on the amount of veggies and then she closed my sub by putting her fingers into the sub to push the contents in instead of using a knife. Would never go back again.

Just a heads up: if you order any sub with double the meat and/or cheese, they will never ever put the full amount you are supposed to get and paid for.2x the cheese on a footlong is supposed to be 8 slices, and double meat on a footlong is supposed to be 12-20 slices for EACH meat, depending on the sub.This Subway and also the Subway a few miles down on this same road will always always cheat you if you're not paying attention and call them out on it

Whenever I work in this area I go to the Home Depot and I take the opportunity to stop by this place for a sandwich, I really liked the service. This time it was total disappointment with the deal. I asked for 2 foot long and the lady (Hispanic) made a mistake and gave me 2 6", I told her that I wanted them whole and she told me that she would prepare the other halves for me, she made me pay for them first, I asked the other lady to marked which would be which, then as if upset she asked me what was happening, she prepared the other very rickety halves for me and sent the other lady to serve the vegetables, she got upset because I told her that I wanted them exactly the same, and she answered very rudely that I should return them to repeat because she had forgotten it. They gave me what she wanted and reluctantly, she treated me very badly in front of all the people there. I won't go back to that place and I don't recommend you go. I wish I had come to read the reviews sooner.

Been coming here for over 23 years. New management is running this place out of business. Not clean and will not honor coupons.the staff was making 2 sandwiches for me. In the middle, they decided to take payment before adding condiments. They failed to replace gloves after handling money. Gross, i had to call them out because one of the sandwiches was for my toddler. They laughed in their language and finally changed gloves.

We went to this location last week, we ordered our subs, and when I was waiting to pay, I noticed a few German Cockroaches! where the cookie display is, I let them know and asked for my money back, and let them know I didn't feel comfortable at all eating there anymore!The girl in front told me that she could assure me that the roches were not in the food, yeah, sure! they were right next to the food, so she said she needed to call her manager for a refund.There was no answer from the manager, so after a little argument, she decided to avoid the transaction. There was no apology at all, it was like it was our fault.Never going back!Please be careful with your food in that place.

This subway is the worst subway I have ever been to. First, we ordered online and they would not take any rewards/coupons. Second, we literally ordered 2 footlong sandwiches with turkey, ham, and cheese (3 ingredients). We get home and the sandwhich is missing the ham (1 out of 3 ingredients). I tried calling them multiple times and no one answered the phone. I finally drive back (25 minutes but I left the sandwhich in the fridge. I did bring a picture showing what exactly was on the sandwhich. The employee insisted she put the ham on and wanted the actual sandwhich (not sure why the picture was not good enough). She was rude and incompetent. She never apologized or admitted her mistake. I am not sure who or why anyone would waste their time or energy to drive back to argue for a couple slices of extra ham. You never put the ham on!!!!
