Does not accept coupons that were mailed out.
Put meat on your sandwiches... I asked for extra tuna, and it's literally a slap in the face to know i paid extra for this crap
I come in after a long morning at work for lunch and the associate laia delivered with clean and careful handling of my sub and makes sure all items and topping are organized and ready for the next possible customer also a super sweet girl subway usually is my least fav sub spot but service is always the most important in terms of its competitors and laia delivered

We are trying to order food for pick up, but they will not answer the phone, the website is down. Someone finally did answer but sat the phone down and would not speak. pretty frustrating and now I'm sad that I get no food. :(

Got there at 7:55 pm. Hours showed open until 9:00. Went to sit down at a table after receiving and paying for food and was told dining room was closed. Did not see any signage for this and website did not indicate that we would not be able to eat in. Would have chosen a different place had we known.

every single time i go into this subway the same girl is working and she’s extremely rude.
I'm sick and my boyfriend went and grabbed me a sub 15 minutes before close. He said the woman helping him was incredibly nice, helpful, fast, and clean. I asked for extra honey mustard and she delivered! Love coming to this location.

Currently sitting in the parking lot to write this real quick. Literally every other employee there is great EXCEPT this one guy that works evenings. He wears glasses, and was here today at 8:20 PM if you need to check for him.
This guy constantly coughs over your food, a lot (has happened almost every time he’s ever made my food). He wipes his face over the food, and then just continues like it’s normal. He is extremely aloof when making your order, and constantly questions you about what you’re putting on your sandwich. Like tonight, I asked him to add bacon and he literally looked at me, eyebrows raised and all saying “you want bacon?!” I’m like yeah dude, that’s what I’m asking for. Then he is consistently talking to himself, sometimes accidentally commenting on you or the food. You have to tell him directions multiple times for him to give you what you’re asking for.
He completely botched the experience and the food EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE, and his coworkers just look on in disappointment, like they’ve seen him do this before. I’m nice to him when I see him, but his behavior really needs to be dealt with.

BAIT AND SWITCH... I walked into subway and asked if they honor a coupon I had for a 6.99 footlong. She said yes but it could not be any numbered sandwich. I showed her there were about 5 restrictions but everything else was valid. She said they would only honor it on a single meat item. I showed her the coupon and she said that she was told not to honor it as written but instead give a lesser valued sandwich. Normally, this location gives you the bare minimum but this was unacceptable. I will not return here. If these are sandwich artists, minimalism is their style. If I could award 0 stars I would. PRO TIP: The adjacent Wendy's and TacoBell both have 100 health scores!

Ordered a Philly. Got a lettuce sandwich pretty much. Hardly any meat. With 3 people at work and no one in the store, I had to wipe my own table and seat down. Yall are charging over $11 for this and this is why I'll always be a Jersey Mike's fan . Sorry not
