apparently you need to show your ID AND card information in order to pick up food, apparently even that isnt good enough bc the lady doesnt understand that apple pay has different last 4 digits. most annoying experience ive had picking up food, at least my order was right. lady wouldn’t give me my food even though my id matches the name on my food, STILL made me show her both my cards, will never be eating here again.

I was so excited to try the Churro but when I walked home & tried the churro it was NOT fresh. It was my 1st time trying the churro, why would yall give me an old churro luckily I only tipped a dollar and I want that back now.

Nothing more aggravating then taking your break to go to a subway just to arrive and they are closed for no reason got people in there. Looks bad for the company and I’m about to never spend my money there. I make 150k a year and I will not be spending it here. American businesses are going to learn real quick hiring these employees who close illegally when they have posted signs that say they are open and breaking their own franchise lease agreements. I hope the owners see this because I will tell people to avoid this one. If they are lazy and close like this I can only imagine what a surprise health inspection would discover!
