This is the worse franchise Subway. Rude and they will not accept the SUBWAY coupons.

Food always ready when I come to pick up. The "Monster" has too much cheese and not enough meatball. Cheese so thick it got stuck in my throat!!! Almost died trying to eat that sandwich.

I accidentally placed an order with the wrong store location, my mistake and I understand that. However The app charged me TWICE. I was charged $30 for an order I can’t pick up as I am out of the state. The app specifically says to contact the store to void the order and receive a refund. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive and copped an attitude with me the second I asked for a refund. I have been to this store twice and have always been nothing but nice and always tip. She said “you come here many times”. I have been there TWICE. I have been nothing but respectful and was treated lesser than over the phone. It’s $14, they can keep it at this point. But don’t place any type of mobile order here, because if you have to cancel you’ll be treated like trash over the phone.
Everything about this place is great, i always get my food very fast and the service was super fast. The young lady work there so nice and polite always and pleasant and the food was very fresh. She made good sub. Always pleasant visit here. Great place.

My husband took a coupon to this restaurant (unaware that they wouldn’t take it he proceeded to have two sandwiches made). Upon handing the coupon to Rina she told him they don’t accept coupons. He asked to just get one sandwich, she refused and said he should have told her about the coupon first. He said he didn’t know and she said “yes you did” and as he went to leave she told him “don’t ever come back”. He is not an aggressive man and said nothing out of sorts to her. Is this in line with how Subway wishes for their customers to be treated?There were other customers in there and he was embarrassed and confused. This is completely unacceptable.

They have mice!!I saw a mouse ON THE COUNTER! When I told the woman (I think she was an Indian lady) she sighed and kept asking me for my order! I told her again that I just saw a mouse by the food and she told me to get out, and said “and please don’t bother coming back”WHAT?!! The woman behind me left too! They don’t care about cleanliness! And the woman in the front is rude! Stay away from this place!

The lady (she said she was the manager) was very rude! She had an attitude. I asked for a refund. She didn’t want to give me a receipt. Please don’t eat from here! I sure didn’t!

Ordered thru the app and if I'm not standing there watching them make it I'll never do that again. I could actually count the strands of lettuce that was on the sandwich. I asked for extra onions and received more bell peppers. Idk maybe it was just an off day for them but next time I'll be watching.
