The guy working was very nice and the subs were ready early! But the subs had barely anything on them; why give the option of more on the app when they only put a little anyways. And then one sub wasn’t supposed to have mayo and it was covered in mayo.🤮🤮🤮 I had to try and dab it off with sever napkins.

No coupons and not a word will be said till it’s time to pay.For a subway the food fresh and ok. I was holding a coupon and stated that I was going to use it when ordering. Yet when I went to pay I was told that they don’t accept coupons and refused to explain why. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had my family in tow, I wouldn’t left on principal. Very shady and rude. I won’t be back.

I ordered today for delivery. I have never had an issue previously, but I will never go back to this restaurant. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips. All I received was 1 sandwich. I had to call the store 4 times before someone finally answered. The person who answered first blamed the other worker in the store. I gave him my order number and then all of a sudden he remembered HE made the sandwiches after all and determined that I was lying. He did admit that MAYBE he forgot to include the chips. I have no reason to lie about a sandwich and I am offended to be accused of such. His solution was for me to drive to the restaurant to retrieve the chips only. There is a reason I ordered delivery - I do not drive. When I asked the worker to not accuse me of lying and to maybe not throw his employees under the bus for his mistake, he hung up on me. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this location. Drive the extra few miles to Canton Road.

Horrible experience from this Subway. Just did a delivery through subway app for a custom veggie delight 6" meal. The customer receipt clearly lists everything that I had ordered online but the sub that was delivered was a sad looking one which didn't have quite a few of the ingredients including smashed avocado (charged separately). Also they switched baked lays for classic lays happily. We usually buy from a different location and the subway app had taken this location automatically based on delivery address I guess. NEVER ordering from this place again and definitely not delivery!!

Owner stated that they won't take coupons because it costs him to much to accept them, and the quality of the bread isn't great compared to a lot of subways, you're probably much better off walking 40 feet next door and getting a publix sub.

We came in at 730.. he wouldn't let us eat in the resturant because he cleaned already ... we still had 1.5 hours before they closed.. so d**** Pretty sure my cookie is raw

Worst customer service. The server has a bad attitude before even asking me what i want. Then the guy asked me if I wanted it toasted and proceeds to put it in the microwave..... worst subway location I have ever been to.. I tried it a few weeks later and was served this time by the manager who also had a bad attitude and was rushing me. Note the store was empty I was the only one there... will not be going back.
Online it says they close at 930, I came here to pick up an online order at 9:00 pm, the gentleman was a little upset as on his door it says they close at 9:00 pm and he is working for free now. He was kind enough to make our order while frustrated, and recommended him to speak with his manager, otherwise it will keep happening especially on weekends.
Went in to pick up dinner and the toaster was broken (which would be fine) except I ordered a BLT and a meatball marinara, both of which need to be heated. They did not tell me it was broken before making the sandwiches and were just not gonna say anything I guess until I called them out on it. They were honestly going to give me a cold meatball sub with cold cheese and unheated bacon without a word. I thought that was a bit rude to be honest, they could have just said at the start and I could have selected things that don't need heating. This is unrelated but I have had this issue in the past as well, they prioritize doordash/uber orders and will leave in store customers waiting forever. You are better off going to the Publix next door
Pulled up to this subway at 8:45 pm (hate to come this late, but work was long), and the door was already locked with an employee closing even though the sign said open until 9:00 pm. What's up with that?
