Didn’t even stay to order. Place was a mess, service was terrible, and zero systems in place. Tried using a coupon, read the coupon in its entirety, and was told the only meat I could use was ham and turkey.

Know where on the coupon did it say that, and trying to have a conversation with employee, was absolutely pointless.

Attention to Subway franchise owners. If your bread looks like this, throw it away. Do not serve old crusty dry stale bread to your guests?!? This was a pick up order and now I have to go all the way back there and get them to remake a 6 inch sub for my kid because I refuse to feed her this sad sandwich that’s going to cut up the roof of her mouth.

Avoid this place like the plague

Walked in today, a quiet Saturday morning. The bane (food storage area where they prep your food) was a complete mess, and half empty.

I was served roast beef that was completely dried out. This sandwich is completely inedible. I don't even want a remake, I lost the last little bit of faith I had in this place.

Of course, ever since Subway switched to "freshly sliced in house" they made it to where you can no longer view the meats and cheeses stored in the bane. Seems they have something to hide. Not letting the customer view it certainly removes any pressure to keep it up to standards. And this isn't even about whether it's sliced in house. The old packaged style deli meats were great. This shield was just a marketing stunt to justify price inflation edging on the likes of Jersey Mike's.

I worked at THIS Subway (and its original owners sister stores near Roswell Rd Home Depot and Johnson Ferry Kroger) for 2 years in 2011-2012 and have been eating their food less and less as the quality has dropped off. I was not even the slightest bit surprised when the Kroger location closed down permanently shortly after being sold.

There may be good Subway chains left, but this one isn't one of them. Ever since it was sold to another owner in 2018-2019 ish, it has been completely ruined.

Despite paying with a gift card (the only reason I stepped foot inside to begin with), the cashier walked away without handing me a receipt to show the remaining balance. I had to reach across the counter for it myself.

I'm not even going to bother asking for a refund. If I go back, this health hazard of a sandwich is going to be flying squarely at their face.

The roast beef is so dry that it is inedible. The outside 1/4inch is dryer than jerky. In my opinion, it poses a potential health risk. Why is it like this? Subways standards have been slipping for years, but I would not recommend this location in particular.

Fraudulent store. Will ne et visit again. Employees can’t understand English and they mess up the order from app completely. Asked for olives, they did not put it and the server waste even there to listen. Recommend everyone to drive little lore and go to other subway.

Previously we have had pretty good experiences here. I mean it's subway, so no gourmet, but it was fine.

But tonight I got 2 subs there. And while eating I pulled a nice chicken bone out of my mouth. Then pulled out 2 pieces of chicken with nice juice fat veins through them. I almost threw up.

Needless to say, I've now been turned off from subway completely.

Got a 6-inch club and it was dry and tasteless. Subway subs are getting worse each time and I always regret choosing them. They have foyntain Smartwater drinks though and those ate great.

Got 2 footlongs. Both were awesome. I did the online ordering with in store pickup. When I went in the cookies were calling to me. Everything was delish and I will most definitely be back. The people behind the counter were super kind and helpful as well!

This place it's mega chill and relax to go and eat your lunch, I always visit this location for the comfy in the atmosphere and always you could stay with a few people inside. My favorite bread it's a Italian bread of Terikaye Chicken with some snack and drink, it's a place that I frequent a lot to eat a express lunch and back to work, they doesn't has too much parking and the place it's really clean. Also if you don't speak English you have some employee lady that speak Spanish for you ??
