Food was not good sorry but no flavor and on top of that
Chicken is thin like paper it’s mostly breading

You feel the place drawing you in almost before you have had time to register it properly, in that suspended moment between arrival and recognition. The welcome is instinctively warm, the menu is curated with confidence without ever feeling spare, and the room has a calm gravity that seems to shut out the outside world with remarkable ease. Nothing is designed to compete for your attention, yet every element sits so naturally within the whole that comfort becomes immediate and the idea of leaving, once it finally arises, feels unexpectedly difficult.

Such great food but good lord what terrible people working. Walked in at 6:59 on NYE with no holiday hours posted besides the one on the door and the lady basically yelled at us to get out and that they are closed. I would’ve been a multiple times a week customer but I’m rethinking that now. Incredibly disappointed and will not recommend to anyone anymore.

Calbric and Matt are amazing! This location is very convenient, clean and delicious! The chicken is perfect! The ice cream is amazing. This is my third time in 5 days coming here and each time it’s been amazing! I brought people with me me on my second visit because I needed them to understand what my hype was all about! Thx guys I’ll be back😊

Really nice place, super clean, guy was training hope his shift went well lol he did a great job taking my order🙌 . They don’t offer a combo so to get fries milk shake and a chicken sandwich it was like 20 dollars maybe that’s normal now or I’m broke but I was a little surprised. The chicken was just dry and chewy. The milkshake didn’t come with whip cream, it came with a spoon and no straw just tasted like it came out of a bag I dunno. I’d rather spend the same money at shake shack tbh you get more chicken and their ice cream doesn’t taste watered down 🤷 don’t wanna leave low stars cause the place was nice and the service was great, food was just subpar for its price

10/10 service and food was pretty good too! One of the staff members overheard that I was having a pretty awful day when I was telling my friend about it, and he then brought over some custard which was very kind of him!

This was our first time at Super Chix and unfortunately it will be our last. The cashier was extremely rude to my husband. While my husband was speaking and deciding between breaded or grilled, the cashier attempted to move on to the customer behind him as if my husband’s order did not matter. My husband said fried, he rudely corrected him by saying, hand-breaded?! Seriously sir?

We were very patient and respectful, yet the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable.

We arrived around 1:10 pm, and our order was under the name Ash. There was no rush or excuse for the behavior. There is absolutely no reason to treat people this way. Customer service matters, and this experience rubbed us the wrong way. We will not be returning. Cashier name was Jay Rice. So disappointed, but Happy New Year!

We had really good chicken and fries at SuperChix. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich came with 2 real onion rings on top. We also ordered the regular loaded fries. These were really good. It was a lot of fries for two people. The food was very good and priced decent. The service was quick and good. We went to the one in Marietta Georgia, East Cobb Avenues. Hannah and Matt were so great. Matt was very nice and helpful with the menu and service.

I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!

Love Super Chix - great to have somewhere in the Avenue that I actually want to go to. Food is awesome, and a better value than most other places nearby. Service is great and it's always clean - they also have great AC.
