I try to be fair in every review I do, my intentions are never to harm a business or the livelihood of others. I have to stay true to my beliefs.
One of the. Many things I do believe in is transparency.
The reason I say this, anytime I give a less than stellar review, i do feel a little bad. But that's part of doing reviews. Walking into Sweet Hut is like walking into a paradise of sweets, treats, and happy times
As you'll see in the pictures wall to wall baked items, Danish, donuts, cakes, breads, rolls,
tiny little cute desserts, and Great gift boxes, just about anything for a special occasion, or your favorite craved Dessert. The staff was very welcoming and very upbeat. Yet they lack the knowledge of the menu. Other than what's written in front of them.
They are very little ingredient knowledge. One of the young ladies gave me a binder to show me which items were regular everyday baked goods Vegetarian baked goods and vegan baked goods, the regular food items were also in this binder marked the same way.
Vegetarian being marked by green leaves on the digital menu. There is nothing on the digital menus marked vegan not sure why. After going into the back, one of the girls found. what was in each of the items samosas. Then we were able to order. So we ordered the samosas with a curry sauce.
These were hot and fresh and cute. Pretty good, but not the best. We've same goes for the vegan spring rolls they were hot and fresh but just average tasting. I also ordered the tofu sandwich. Since this comes on a brioche bond, I had to opt out and then made it into a lettuce wrap, this tasted pretty good.
They just don't know how to make the lettuce wrap appropriately, so it was messy and all over the place, not the end of the world, but it was pretty tasty. The fries that were on the side were called plum fries. I figured I'd try something different. I'm not a big fan of these. It just tasted like they sprinkled powdered sugar on them, This might be a local favorite, just not for me.
The company that we had.
Said the desserts that they had the cookies and the doughnuts were pretty good in the mochi that I had which was a green tea filled with chocolate was o k.
The biggest component of this review for me is the ingredients and the nutritional value. I understand that we're here for that. Being said there was no ingredients listed on anything that was no nutritional value listed on anything that we got. While I'm sure this is probably available online. I'm not a fan at all when it comes to making people go online and look up the ingredients.
Biggest reason being, someone that's in a rush may have an allergy, and this could be dangerous to their health while they do have a binder that has allergies listed in it, some people may be in a rush to get In-N-Out, or even just to forget and ask what is in the products they have here.

The pastry’s are delicious. I mean DELICIOUS! We live a bit far, but whenever I want a donut or something we drive to Sweet Hut. Family came to visit so we took them for lunch thinking it would be good. Not a fan of their hamburgers. The fries are good though. The coffees and teas are really good too.

Good treats, price is fair. Coffee is weak so add expresso. Free wifi and the atmosphere is relaxing. They have 2 floors.

Food is good but service is so bad. A bunch of people ignoring the customers standing right in front of them. I'll be spending my money at the Paris Baguette from now on. Sweet hut is definitely not the only game in town. Check out Queen Tea. Super good and nice staff.

Used to go a lot before moving. Wonderful bakery chain. This location has the best baked goods out of all of them.

This is an Asian bakery. Most Asians don't like food to be very sweet, so this is not my favorite

It's a nice little spot. I've never been to a sweet hut before and was surprised by all the goodies they had. I especially liked their bbq chicken filled pastries. Someone else there told me they aren't always filled very much, but the ones I had were definitely filled to satisfaction.
The mango buns were delicious, too. My three year old really enjoyed one. I look forward to coming again soon!
