Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Excuses when it’s late so they don’t have to make you’re food past 8pm, food is never made right after specific instructions after taking 20 minutes in the drive through, and employees have zero social awareness. I love wasting money for terrible food

The staff is very incompetent and non cooperative, also extremely rude. The worst place to get your Taco Bell order. Never visiting this store ever.

Hands down the worst Taco bell! So you can understand the process, here's how it goes with these guys. I have a business in the same shopping center as this Taco bell. It literally takes 1 minute to get there. I order on the app 3 Fridays a week average. Usually between 9-9:15 pm for myself and 3 of my staff. The average dollar amount of food ordered is about$25-$30. It's not a lot of food. Oh, I've been ordering here for about the past 5 years. Anyway, We generally wait about 10 minutes and head over and wait in the drive thru line (dining room is not open). When you finally get to the speaker (where you would normally place your order) you tell the employee that you have an online order for so and so. They tell you to pull up to the window. When you finally get to the window they tell you to pull forward because the order isn't ready. Isn't ready? Ok, fine it's Friday night, your busy, I get it. There's usually at least one other car also waiting so you pull up as close as you can to them so you're not blocking those behind. Problem is there's not much space and the cars behind ultimately start blowing their horns at you because they can't get by. Then you sit in your car and wait for someone to open the dining room door to bring you your food. The average wait is about 10-15 minutes. Often times I'll see employees go out of the back door and hang out around the dumpsters. I have some ideas of what they're doing there but I won't put it in this review. After finally getting your food and doing a bag check for accuracy, you notice something is missing from your order. By that time the employee that brought you your food is long gone. So now you've got to drive around and sit in the drive thru line once again. Why? We'll, you can't call them because they don't answer the phone. And knocking on the door does no good because they'll either ignore you or motion for you to go to the drive thru. So annoying. When you finally get back to the window and explain the issue, they without any apology, get you what you are missing. Usually it's an order of chips and cheese or a side of guacamole or something trivial like that. But I ordered it and paid for it so I expect to get it. Last night it took 50 minutes from start to finish. Not acceptable!! The employees at this place move so slow, joke around and generally just don't care about customer service. The only way to complain is on the app. Taco Bell will send you an automated response apologizing for your experience and give you a coupon for a free taco. That's their one and only solution for addressing the issues. My hope is that someone from corporate Taco bell sees this and takes it seriously enough to make changes at this location. I'm going to try the Cobb parkway location next time. Surely they can do better.

That lady, who I think was a manager was very rude, openly complaining about me paying with cash and I will never be going here again, because what kind of restaurant complains about a customer paying with cash. i feel like that’s a normal payment method and i feel disgusted by her.

This location was so bad that I emailed corporate about it. Even my 12 year old son was disgusted. He ended up vomiting immediately after eating.

Went to get breakfast
And even though they have a whole BREAKFAST menu on the menu board
They tell me oh we don’t sell breakfast at this location
THEN WHY HAVE A MENU OF IT
Cold food. Where’s the health department. They need to pay a visit.

I order 7 items. I got my bag and pulled forward. I didn't even leave the parking lot. I checked the bag and there were only 5 items and two of the five that were in there were things I didn't order, so I figured they gave me someone elses order so I went in and they called me a liar and a thief, that they put all 7 items in and I must have taken items out... so I asked them if I also gave my self two things I hadn't ordered... they refused to fix the order.

I've been to this location a few times hoping each time would be different. NOPE. Not once have the ever gotten the correct order. EVERYTIME, it is just garbage thrown in a bag. inedible... even for tacobell standards. And if you tell them they got the wrong order they cop an attitude. Stop hiring these undisciplined children.

Genuinely the most disgusting, unorganized, money-hungry Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. NEVER EVER EVER go past 11 pm, they probably won’t serve you. Don’t waste your time. Refunds are a joke here. And the managers…. They genuinely don’t deserve to have the title and act the way they act. yes, TACO BELL managers, AND I MEAN ALLL OF YOU, deserve cashier level positions. This store lacks any type of education, kindness, or better yet a SENSE of what employment looks like. Pulled up 2 hours before close, not only did they not respond at the speaker, they flicked me off when I pulled up to the window. Childish, uneducated, and frankly sad. Just got off my 12 hour shift to be greeted with some children. CHILDREN. It’d be better to just close this franchise instead of allowing nasty attitude and even nastier food. you lost me as a customer and I don’t seem to be the only one 😛 do better or close.

Just found out this one is a franchise so they do not have to honor advertised prices plus customer service isn't good and they leave food out 0 stars

I would have given zero stars if there was an option.
I drove 15 minutes to this Taco Bell location, relying on their online hours that stated they close at 2 AM. When I arrived at 1:20 AM, the drive-thru system greeted me, but no one bothered to take my order. I waited patiently, only to be completely ignored by the staff. When I drove up to the window, the employee inside looked at me and then turned away, refusing to assist me. I had to go out of my way to get their attention, and when I finally did, they rudely told me they close at 1 AM, contradicting the online information. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and sheer disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. This was an extremely disappointing experience.
