The food is lower tier than the other Taco Bell’s around. The service is abysmal territory, they will have you pull up to the door past the drive thru window to bring your food (I’m guessing to trick the cameras into thinking they’re providing faster service), however you will lose patience and drive off before your food comes. Consider going to a different drive through place on Roswell road or a different Taco Bell if you’re craving the food.

Ordered a huge order online. They were out of some items so they couldn't make the whole order and could not refund me withought calling a number that was not accessible. This location is repeatedly the worst and the staff and management are rude. The food is ok when you actually get it though. Sometimes.

Parking: Parking is abrasive for wheelchair users

They will leave you at the drive through waiting for them to take your order for over ten minutes, then be rude as all hell when you do finally manage to get one of them to respond.

I've been munching from this location since I was like 11.....31 now :[.... and yall just knock it out the park every damn time. I have local friends around Marietta that specifically drive 15 minutes out just to come to this location. Always fast, very kind, never scuff my order. Yall are the shit. Mad props.

Received the wrong order. Drove back around and told Zion at drive thru. He refused to do give me the right order and said I ordered the wrong thing. I said what’s in the bag doesn’t match the screen… and a taco isn’t a burrito… I got nowhere. He stood there just looking at me and told me repeatedly I ordered the wrong thing. I ordered a #1 and got a #3. (Again… taco/burrito. Don’t sound the same.) I asked for the manager. I asked to have the burrito switched for the tacos I ordered. The manager quickly said no, they wouldn’t fix the order but would give me a refund. (red flag) I clarified that I heard this correctly… you’d rather refund my whole order than swap a huge spicy burrito for a little tiny hard shell taco supreme - for my kid!! She said yes, refund only. I handed her ALL the food back. She handed me my card back and a receipt and off we went to Chick-Fil-A. Almost a week later and I still don’t have my refund. Look at my receipt and it says “cash” on the refund receipt. They pocketed my money. No wonder she made ZERO attempt to make my order right. This is how the staff is stealing. I’m not sure how hard I want to fight to get $23.57 back but I’ll make sure everyone knows they steal from customers. No dinner. Lost $23.57. Don’t go here.

I CAME HERE MORE THAN 5 TIMES. Each time was horrible. Today couldn’t be much worst. I got two soft tacos with GROUND BEEF keep in mind GROUND BEEF, I got my taco with CHICKEN I was witha friend of mine and I didn’t want to make a big deal. I went to front desk with the friend of mine and was waiting as two men stand there staring at me like I wasn’t screaming excuse me! So I go get the other friend of mine and she tells them she got a beef taco but he checks and LIES about my order. He just didn’t want to make the tacos and the other 2 guys standing there staring at me like they are robots. They are lazy so make sure your order is RIGHT!! I don’t think I am coming here ever again and don’t start with drive through.

They shorted our order by 1 taco and sent wrong drink. They close at 8 and doors were locked before 7pm.

This this Taco Bell needs a new management program. The people working here does not have any type of professionalism. Everytime i stop here I'm disappointed. The inside is never open. I just waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes just to be told I have to park and wait to order. I think I'm just going to make Taco's at home and stop eating at Taco Bell all together.

I usually don't leave reviews because I understand the struggle of customer service. But twice this location has left items off my order. I know they heard me because all the items show up on the menu screen in the drive thru. I always go when they aren't busy. Maybe 1 or 2 cars besides me. So there's no rush. What's the problem?

All i wanted was med baja blast and two med waters, it showed my total was $2 and some change on the order screen, when i came to the window they told me the price was $8 and some change. When i asked about them charging for water the cashier just closed the window in my face and shortly after a manager came to the window and said “whats the problem?” In a rather rude tone, all i asked was of i was being charged for the water. Also could hear a male employee in the back say “since when is water not free?” To one of his coworkers. If i wanted to pay $3 for water id stop into a gas station and get an overpriced fiji bottle or something not stop at taco bell to get tap water…..

My husband & I went through the drive-thru to place my order.
#6 Beef with Lite lettuces & Xtra MEAT.. ( i knew i was on a budget. And this was a splurge meal)
With a strawberry freeze.

But it didn't go this way.
The young man was rushing us through our order. So of course I'm flustered.

And way ww pay the $19 and I'm about to eat my taco and noticed it was CHICKEN..
I was hurt.

I went back to ask if they could give me beef.

The lady never came to the counter.

She address me (as see continued to work)

And told me to pay for another meal.

I asked for my receipt and left the food on the counter.

The sad part was it was all the money i had to eat. I was so tired from working, walking, and i was hungry.

I Really would like corporate to reach out to give me my meal.
I done even want my money back..

I love Taco Bell.. The service at the location is very disappointing.

There was about one tablespoon of meat and beans and a teaspoon of sour cream and 2 flour tortillas wrapped around it. It was nothing but dough. I returned it and the manager said it was the correct portion without opening it and told me not to come back. I've been in businesses that deal with people my whole life and have never treated anyone like this. I give her a big, fail!!! This manager should not have the privilege of having that title and should be fired! Btw, the taco was just as bad. No meat, no cheese. Horrible!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I went on my lunch break to order two cheesy gordita crunches. When I got my order, it had nothing but chicken, No lettuce, no tomatoes, no sauce. They wanted me to come back bring the food to them because that was the only way to remake my order or refund my money. Simply told them that I could take a picture of my order and I can show it to them because I’m not keeping food that I can’t eat. That’s ridiculous. The so-called store manager copped an attitude with me because she felt as if I wasn’t cooperating. I was extremely nice up until she started getting rude with me. Never have I ever experienced such rude behavior. This is very unprofessional And below standards. Then they had the nerve to call me again to see if I would like a refund, but I still have to bring the food in. I don’t understand what’s the difference between me bringing the food to them, when I take a picture of my Food to show them that they messed up my order. It’s all going to look the same. This isn’t a five star meal. Let’s be real it’s just Taco Bell. Apparently, that’s the policy. For anyone who decides to go to this location in Marietta, please watch out for Ramona! Keep in mind she was very rude and unprofessional a woman in her status. You definitely don’t have to worry about me coming back. It’s one thing to mess up my order, but getting an attitude with the customer when you messed up is another thing. Where is the policy on that?
