You can get better food at the gas station and gas station food isn't great! The girl at the window, handing me the bag didn't say a word. The food wasn't good, but if you love Taco Bell try another location with a better review score.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would my 70 two-year-old father walked into this location and was treated with such disrespect. The food was terrible and the lady at the cashier. Absolutely was disgusting her attitude was disgusting she should not be in any kind of customer service area situation at all. The whole staff was completely disgusting. They don't wear the gloves that they do wear. They use to scroll on their phone and then go back to preparing orders. Just their whole attitude is disgusting. Their gross and my 70 two-year-old father did not deserve to be treated like that. They were unhelpful, and they, we're just amiss, it was complete chaos. We'll not go back.

I went in this location around 4p.m today. The young lady that was preparing orders had gloves on. She picked her phone up, and was looking through her phone. Put the phone down, and started back preparing orders, never switched out her gloves. With different virus going around, that was very nasty.

Whoever the girl that took the drive-thru order looked high and must have been actually high. She got the entire order wrong, and there was only 1 car, mine, at the drive-thru. The monitor was showing the order correctly, but what we were given was completely different. We live too far from Maroetta to even ask for a refund, and this is the farthest I can go. Get accountability of your employees. I'm confident that whoever the girl that took the order was either high or drunk.

I unfortunately didn’t get this guys name but the mixed guy with the light brown eyes and durag is sooo kind! He said yes ma’am and told me to drive safe in addition to, “Have a good day.” Super, super sweet.

Sadly stood at the counter cash in hand for 10 minutes no ak acknowledgment put my order in on kiosk still standing afterwards finally cashier helped me. People it's fast food take the order make the food and boom done. Expecting people to use kiosks is diabolical. Communication is fundamental in service. Thank you.
