My name is Mani. Today 03/26/2026 I went to your drive thru lane around 6:25pm to place an order and I had a terrible experience. I was confirming my order and the woman impolitely cut me off and said “I know.” I asked her why she was mad and she cancelled my order. I pulled up to the window and she still talked extremely rudely and shut the window on my face She’s African American and petite. I drove to the front and saw one employee. I asked her for the manager, she said that was her. Then I told her that the lady at the drive thru was very rude, told her the whole story and asked what the rude employee’s name was. She told me that it was Jasmine. The manager’s name is Savannah. The manager did not apologize nor attempt to help me, I left from there without getting food and this was my last visit there. I won’t go there anymore. This was the first time I had that kind of experience and that’s not cool. I’m sorry but someone needs to talk to them from management, as I’m sure I’m not the first one who had that kind of experience.

It wasn’t cooked all the way. It was so sticky and chewy. This has to be the worst chicken melt I had, and it tasted nasty too. I took two bites and threw all three of them away.

I agree with the other reviewers that the service is extremely slow and the food is not well prepared. I had a number one combo. Three tacos barely any lettuce on any of them. No tomatoes, mostly just cheese and meat and a half filled Taco 1-21-26 4PM

When I tell you this is the worse kfc ever believe me.. my food is never fresh. As for taking my order, I went to use the bathroom came back and still had to wait 10 to 12 more minutes for food that’s hard,not fresh not good!every time I come here it’s always something! the machine for the frozen drink is always down. It is horrible. Just don’t even come here. They’re not even gonna have anything that you really want

Stopped here around 10pm. Ordered a combo in the drive through. The drinks are Pepsi products but they had nothing Pepsi available. I was given a plastic spork in my bag to eat a chicken breast with. I asked if they have a plastic knife to cut my chicken breast with and I was given a confused look by the guy at the drive through. He didn't understand that a spoon was not the appropriate way to carve a chicken breast apart with. The chicken and wedges were delicious. As were the apple desert bites.

They never have anything…. How do you not have rice chips or cheese and this is a Mexican place??? The portions are tiny and the workers are highkey rude. Management needs to be looked at if it’s a supply issue nor if it’s the workers not wanting to make the food.

I just went by and got $25 worth of food and one of the items was the Mexican pizza that literally had sauce and cheese on worth 1/4 of it. The rest was so bad, the wraps they use for the burritos were so stale and dry they crumbled when you picked them up . This is absolutely unacceptable. You guys don't care at all and we're spending good money on this crap !!! Shame TACO BELL! You just lost me as a customer .... I work too hard for my money to be given this unacceptable absolutely unacceptable food👎

they don't have anything!!!! how are you going to run a taco bell without any sauce packets or baja blast. how are you going to run a kfc without any famous bowls or chicken tenders. how are you going to run a joint kfc/taco bell without any of the core values of these reliable and welcoming corporations. taco bell is a supposed to be a safe space. i can't feel safe without a baja blast in my hand and a famous bowl in ny belly.
