I came in there this afternoon on my lunch break, I had amazing customer service! It took me longer to decide my order then it took for me to get my food. From the time I walked in to the time I was leaving with both my KFC and Taco Bell took a span 5 mins! 20/10
Purchased a three-piece tender meal last week. I also ordered a small gravy on the side or just a gravy on the side to did my tenders in. The person who packed my food put the gravy in with the three piece meal with the mashed potatoes with the biscuit and everything. When I got home the whole bottom of the Box just fell on the floor my tenders my mashed potatoes my gravy everything. I called and spoke with the manager she said I couldn't come back to claim the food unless I had the receipt and I did not have the receipt but I took pictures of the box didn't like her attitude at all but went back a couple days later to the Taco Bell side. I wasn't asking for a free meal I was just asked to replace what I had just bought and didn't get to eat after A Hard Day's Work

Taco bell just doesn't make sense anymore. The food is more expensive than going to an actual Mexican restaurant. And when I came to this location they told me that the cheesy gordita crunch machine was broken so I couldn't get one. Which is like the only actually good food on the menu. Feels like the end of an era. I thought Taco Bell was supposed to WIN the fast food wars?
