by far the WORST taco bell ever. we've tried giving this location a chance time and time again (we've lived on this road for 20+ years), but do not leave this place without checking your food. my order is ALWAYS wrong and the service is actually horrible -- today i ordered a veggie mexican pizza that ended up having beef in it. I also got a cheesy rice and bean burrito that came with no rice. There was not a single customer there so i don't even understand how they messed up the whole order. save yourself and never go to this location. they also mysteriously never have potatoes, not sure if they are actually out or just dont feel like making them? so tired of this location i wish i could give it zero stars!!!!!

This is my 3rd time going later in the night, and this time when I pulled up I can see there is a staff of 5, actively avoiding the window and comms refusing to serve, after going to the comms and window TWICE still nothing. I just got off a long cook shift and I know how it is getting a late night order and having to deal with it but actively avoiding it is absolutely ridiculous. This Taco Bell location has had the laziest employees and the worst staff I’ve ever seen in the history of Taco Bell. I hope they rectify this or close this location all together.
I placed a mobile order and gave my name at the drive thru. When I got to the window I sat and watched a woman on her phone. I could see my order behind her. When she opened the window she attempted to hand me the wrong order. She was paying attention to her phone. Not the orders or the customers. My food was cold.

Usually i dont complain about fast food places.... but got home and im just wondering... was it the last of the batch for this or we really dont know how to portion properly. They never ask if you want sauce at this location. Didnt give me a fork with my mexican pizza but i was hungry ate it on the drive home just to open it to this. I dont know why i keep going back tk this location really. Its been downhill for a long time.

On 10/26 around 11:30 pm I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes or more with only a couple of cars in front of me. Unfortunately the drive thru is fixed in a way that you can’t just drive out. Terrible service !

they had a three item limit. doesn’t matter if there are multiple people in your order. got one taco, a quesadilla and a baja for two people. said due to short staffing. also the 3rd time i’ve tried to order cool ranch in the last month and they didn’t have it again.
