Went here today and got the new discovery luxe box and my son got the grilled cheese burrito. The food was fresh and very well made. Delicious fresh Taco Bell is top tier fast food. But the really nice surprise was the manager Cassie. She was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

On the night of 2/5 we were severed through the drive through by the nicest employee we have ever met. We forgot to get her name but she was a younger blonde woman. She super sweet at both the box and window.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I've visited twice for lunch and they've gotten BOTH orders wrong and it's not like it's rocket science. I think they hire "Special" people because it's just a taco order for Christ sake!!!! Should've known when there were no cars in the drive thru just after twelve during lunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Genuinely, I paid $15 for a meal that was almost inedible. $6 for a chicken “crispy” cantina taco that was just chicken and cheese in a normal hard shell. My burrito had three bites of meat within it, super disappointing. I can really only afford fast food right now, and I feel like I just wasted what little money I have. Do better yall.
If the employees at this Taco Bell had their way, no one would ever walk through the door—leaving them free to perfect their art of standing around doing absolutely nothing. I came in with a family of four, including two young children, only to encounter complete indifference when I asked for help with the kiosk. Not a single employee was willing to assist, and my request for someone to simply take our order seemed to irritate them more than anything. The level of apathy was almost impressive. We left without ordering and won’t be returning. If you're looking for customer service, this isn't the place to find it.

I went through the drive through I set there 20 mins when I finely got my order by the time I got back too my job to eat it was not my order I was charged for 29.o1 for Chicken chalups meal and two steak chalups but I received a chicken quesadilla and three beef gortas

Just picked up this simple mobile order, seen in the attached pic. 2 boxes and a 5 count nugget.
This is the worst Taco Bell. We waited for a very long time while we heard a female employee loudly complaining about a large order which we... assume was ours? Numerous mentions of it. However, we appreciated that she seemed to be telling the others to ensure they double check it. Therefore, I'm positive that our order was double-checked. With that out of the way, let's see how they did on a simple, double checked order with only 1 item modified:
- strawberry lemonade had no strawberry - nuggets had no sauce - bean burrito was to have no onions, and we paid extra to add guac. Guess what? Lots of onions, no guac. - chips and cheese was just cheese. No chips. - no 'box' for either box meals. Not the worst but annoying to have to sort it myself to give it to the other individual I picked it up for.
Like, what a joke. Maybe try triple checking or quadruple checking if you can look twice at this order and screw up SO much. How annoying it is to spend money at a place and have so many things incorrect and missing.
