Better get there before 1:30 they say they close at 2:00 hopped in the car drove up there made a run for the border only to find people in the back working but not answering their comms when you pull through the drive-thru. They got me twice so that only did I waste my time driving up there but the other Taco Bell that says open till 2:00 in the morning was closed by the time I could get there. They should definitely change their hours from 2:00 to 1:00 so that way we don't get in our cars make a drive all the way up there and make an inconvenience customer have to turn around and drive home with no tacos to grub on. It's literally 1:40 right now I just left two people standing in the back nobody answering three cars pulled through the parking lot. I wish I had a business where I could pick my own hours. And get paid get paid for the full shift. Very disappointing.. once again they're hiding in the back.. it is April 10th at 1:45 in the morning.. they're not answering their coms there's me and three other people in line. Can see them in the back but they're acting like they're closed I wish you guys would just change your hours to 1:00 so that way we don't have to get up and go somewhere to think we're going to eat just to find out that you guys are closed but your employees don't want to work. Maybe it's time to find some new management. Or change her hours because obviously it was more than me who showed up to grab some food thinking you guys closed at 2:00 a.m.. not only did I waste my gas once again I was hoping to give you guys a much better chance of gaining the trust back but now it's literally every night you guys shut down around 1:30.. The last time I pulled up at about 1:40 you guys said that you were only doing online orders and that you are not doing any grill orders The growth orders I could really understand but then when I went to go login online it doesn't let you do it it already shuts it down so once again no food wasted time.

Honestly, Taco Bell has gone downhill since they got rid of the Quesarito. The beefy 5-layer burrito is the closest thing to it, and I am in awe of how easily it can get screwed up. I ordered my beefy 5-layer burrito, took it home, made myself comfortable to only be met with a tortilla full of beans. Since I received only 1/5 layers, I added my own: disappointment, grief, anger, and tears. Cinnabon Delights are always a 10/10 though. I'll probably be desperate enough to order from here again.

My crunchwrap didn't have any meat and it was soggy. My wife wouldn't let me take it back. Must have been 80 degrees in there so we left. Will not ever return to that location.
Food was great. Manager seemed like he was on a Suicide Mission though. Cussed up a storm the Entire time I was eating my food. He also openly talked about giving shrooms to his employees complaining about how stressed out he was. I won't be visiting this location again. Manager seems like he's gonna go berserk one day and take everyone in that store with him.

Was going to order some tacos with wife and as we walked in they told us the cook was busy in the bathroom and it was going to be a while and asked if we still wanted to eat there. We said yes and then the cook came out from the bathroom and asked us if we were getting our food to go. We were confused with that question and it didn't seem like they wanted us to be there so we just left.
Ordered food asked for napkins and was told they don't have. What franchise doesn't have. And the server at window was to sarcastic when I was talking to her. Very disappointed ?

Half of the items on the menu were unavailable, including drinks. When we figured out what to order based on items available, we were then rung up wrong. They tried to get us to take the food we originally ordered plus additional items to make up the difference instead of giving a refund. We pushed for a refund but it took a while.

Had to wait long for my order just for my food to end up being cold, I ordered nachos and cheese and they gave me a container of shredded cheese instead of the nacho cheese dip. My drink was 3 quarters of the way filled up. If you want Taco Bell choose another location.

Visit here almost everyday now, BTW you should definitely try the Baja blast freeze with the creme in it, absolutely the best beverage hands down that I've ever had.
