Husband ordered online and I went in to pick it up. With 8+ people behind the counter, not one person acknowledge my presence. Food was placed in mobile order pickup, again nothing was said. When I realized drinks were missing from the order it took quite some time to get someones attention and when I asked which drinks were which I was met with attitude. Then I had to wait 3 more minutes to ask someone for a drink holder. 3 were tossed in my direction. I will never go back.
tacos had mystery meat i’ve never eaten and onions. Had to spit it out bc it was so bad and i don’t usually review because i usually good service but this one here was TERRIBLE. I HAD TO ASK FOR A WATER CUP 10 TKMES AND HAD TO WAIT 5 MIN. NEVER RETURNING. ALSO MY BAHA BLAST HAD A DEBT IN THE CUP AND IT FELL AND BROKE NEVER COMING BACK!

Mexican pizza was put in bag sideways and therefore a complete mess when we opened the box. Burrito was disgusting. We only eat at Taco Bell because my wife’s a vegetarian.

Excellent customer service tonight from Thatia or Katya (not sure what her name was but it sounded like yhat) I even left her a tip. After driving away from a nearby taco bell where the voice was giving mad to be there. It was refreshing how kind Thatia or Katya was. Parent stopping by at kids request after a long work day and soccer practice. The order was also correct! Gold star!

This location used to actually be good for a weekend meal, but recent "management" has apparently no idea what food quality is. Lots of standing around by employees that all seem to be friends with each other that would rather cut up instead of working. Our meal bag was not organized at all, many items were not wrapped properly or labeled. Very frustrating experience.
Edit: The food tastes awful and there's barely any chicken in the tacos. If you eat at this location regularly, I question your sanity.
