I ordered a breakfast meal with an iced Cinnabon coffee and the gave me a cup with the flavoring and then just water on top. They didn’t even add coffee? I tried it to be sure and it was just straight water.

I drive 30 minutes, to drive to the Taco Bell in Woodstock off of old highway five. They close early everyday, will take your order then never make your food and you sit at the drive through. This store has to be a franchise or used for money laundering or something, because it’s always bad. I hardly see anyone in the drive through. There’s a chikfila, and Wendy’s next door. And if you want cheap Mexican, paradise in the same parking lot is awesome! Seriously there are bought bots in review

I waited patiently at the drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told I should go somewhere else. The last two times I was at this location they gave me half of what I ordered charged me for the whole thing, and told me they're featured menu item that they charged me for didn't exist.

Came here at 9pm and was told all the grills were already turned off. Yall close at midnight… why are you turning off what u need to cook 3 hours early. Also the drive thru attendant could’ve let me know that before I began ordering. All I got when I pulled up was “Taco bell” in the most unamused voice possible. I get working fast food sucks and I’ve been there. But if it’s your job do your job! I now have to drive 20 minutes to the other Taco Bell.

Apparently the grill was down and they couldn’t do anything on the menu that was grilled. The cashier was extremely rude over the intercom. I only got 6 soft tacos and they took 13 minutes to come out. The meat was lukewarm and the tortillas were ice cold. When I got to the window the cashier was so high she could barely keep her eyes open. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my worst Taco Bell experience. Never coming back to this taco bell.

I visited the store & walked up to the counter. Three female employees were standing there looking at someone's phone. They looked at me but NEVER offered any assistance. Then one of the women spoke so unprofessional & rude. I said my few words & walked out. I called the Customer Service 800 number but was on hold for 10 minutes.
Don't go to this taco bell. The place is always randomly closed early and will claim they no longer sell a menu item that is comprised of a soft tortilla, a spoon of beans, and your standard crunchy taco. All items they clearly have on the menu.
