Honestly I love Taco Bell but there always seems to be something. This time, no soda… last time ingredients, before that we waited 20 min to get food while other cars came and went.

Thank you so much for screwing up an incredibly simple order for the third time in a row. I'm assuming it's because I went through the drive through and you could care less about getting the order right for a customer that is driving away, but I was clear in my order and you read it back to me. Three soft taco with meat and cheese only. How blessed hard can that be? Considering a soft taco only has meat, cheese, and lettuce to begin with, this should be quite simple. I CANNOT EAT THIS! Thank you so very much for taking my money that I budgeted to be able to eat a meal today! Going to bed hungry tonight. Thanks again¡!!!!!!!!!!!¡

This easily has to be one of the terribly ran taco bells. Doors are either open or locked. Today it's 11:30 am on a Sunday and they tell me it's closed, due to someone just getting there. Absolutely unexceptable and it shows from the owner down, it is a poorly owned and ran establishment. Even when they are open, very cold service with dry attitudes and clearly it shouldn't even be open and permanently closed with Flying Bidcuit.

I hated there service the lady who works there is so rude does not know how to talk to customers also, when I asked her about one item on the menu she was very rude about it and went on and saying we don’t have it later when I went on the drive-through I asked her can I get the sauce and she was like you did not order it on drive-through and started giving me an attitude This is the second incident I had with the same location today when I got there the store was open. So I waited in the drive-through no one responded so I drove around to the window. There was employees in there. It was supposed to open at 10 in the morning, but according to them, they do not open until 12 o’clock and they will not be able to serve. I had to drive here and I had to wait. I saw that there was a multiple employees working, but they said the store was closed due to them opening late, and there was no employees
This taco bell is falling apart. Night manager had a cavalier mentality, their ice machine is never full, counters sticky, napkin dispensers empty, and kiosk was bugging out. I don't go here too often except when I am out of food and I usually have a decent experience, but for a Saturday night...it wasn't pleasant. Oh the music is too dang loud.

I pulled in to the drive through to look at the menu. I was treated so rudely about an item that they had on the board that I asked what it was, and she coped an attitude to tell me they don't have it anymore. A simple we don't have it would have been enough.

Taco shell was stale, side of sour cream was less than half full. Restaurant was mainly clean, but the tables were not clean. Three employees were standing behind the counter leaning against the wall, no one else in line, no one in the drive through, but they made me enter my order on a kiosk that only sort of works: the screen is not very responsive, and you have to tap it many times to get your tap to register.
