What happened to this Taco Bell? This used to be the best one in the area, and now it's worth avoiding entirely. After tonight, I'm done. My wife got a taco that barely had any filling and was missing the sauce. My bean burrito, on my first bite, I only tasted tortilla. I've never experienced that before in my life - biting into a burrito and getting more tortilla than filling. The pic I included is another grilled cheese burrito I got, the most expensive thing in the order, and it's so thin and flat. If you come here, you're basically just eating tortillas smeared with a thin layer of ground beef and cheese. What a waste.

This Taco Bell is the best for Mexican fast food. At 78 years I rate the inside order screen the BEST in fast food restaurants. 60’s music and kind and respectful service make it a really delightful experience for this mature couple.

I’ve been a longtime Taco Bell fan, but my recent visits have been consistently disappointing. The food quality has taken a nosedive—items arrive cold, poorly assembled, and often missing key ingredients. My last order had a burrito with barely any filling and a taco shell that was stale.
Service isn’t much better. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of me. When I finally got my food, half the order was wrong, and the staff seemed indifferent when I pointed it out.
The restaurant itself wasn’t clean either—tables were sticky, trash bins overflowing, and the soda machine was out of service.
I hope Taco Bell takes these issues seriously. Fast food doesn’t have to mean sloppy food and careless service.

The older lady that runs this place (I think is the manager) is sooo incredibly rude, not only to the customer, but to the staff. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work for her. I have had numerous occasions where she has been so unkind and downright rude.

Mobile order wasn't even started 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Staff was lazy and rude. Kitchen area was dirty with trash on the floor and clearly dirty walls. My son is currently throwing up after eating. Filled a complaint on their website.

Genuinely this is the worst tacobell I’ve ever been to. Not much more to say other than avoid it. The workers at night are awful and I would not recommend this to anyone. I will never be returning to this tacobell as long as the night time drive thru man still works there.

This is my nearby Taco Bell, and Tacos Locos are a guilty pleasure, but what gets me to rate this place is the customer experience provided by a southern lady who took my order. She is on top of her job, polite and generally pleasant. If you know you know; her pleasant and efficient service (and GA accent) stands out. She was great.

⭐ 1 Star – If I could give zero, I would.
This Taco Bell is the definition of incompetence. I made a very simple request: a taco with just meat and cheese — no lettuce, no tomatoes, no mystery sauce — nothing else. I repeated this four times to make sure they got it right. And yet, somehow, they still managed to screw it up and pile on everything I specifically asked them not to include.
I don’t know if the staff isn’t listening, doesn’t care, or just can’t follow basic instructions, but either way, it’s frustrating and unacceptable. If a fast food place can’t get a basic order right after it’s been clarified multiple times, what are we even doing?
Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
I’ve been grabbing my lunch from this Taco Bell for 4+ years. The team is phenomenal. So kind and hardworking. Plus they always give my chihuahuas (aka my personal Taco Bell mascots) some love (:

Thank you so much for screwing up an incredibly simple order for the third time in a row. I'm assuming it's because I went through the drive through and you could care less about getting the order right for a customer that is driving away, but I was clear in my order and you read it back to me. Three soft taco with meat and cheese only. How blessed hard can that be? Considering a soft taco only has meat, cheese, and lettuce to begin with, this should be quite simple. I CANNOT EAT THIS! Thank you so very much for taking my money that I budgeted to be able to eat a meal today! Going to bed hungry tonight. Thanks again¡!!!!!!!!!!!¡
