Breakfast tacos!!! I finally found a killer local breakfast street taco. It isn’t on the menu, but gluten friendly, soft corn tortilla breakfast tacos are amazing at Taqueria Flores. Orders are takeout from the back of the gas station. They make chorizo, steak, and sausage tacos all with egg and cheese. I didn’t try them but there are also omelets, biscuits, breakfast burritos, and potatoes to get the day started.Lunch is also very good, but I’m almost reluctant to share about breakfast because I’m convinced there will be a line out the door once people really find out about it.Instead of Saturday morning doughnuts, now it’ll be Saturday morning tacos at our house.

This food is phenomenal! I'm Hispanic and grew up in San Antonio, Texas. this is my second time visiting Georgia from North Carolina. I was fortunate to discover this place on my last visit. I made sure I was going to have some of these delicious tacos again while here. Reminds me of the authentic Mexican tacos in San Antonio.

Stopped by out of curiosity to Taqueria Flores inside the Chevron at Shallowford & Trickum. So glad I did! Great tacos & burrito prepared on the spot, fresh ingredients, authentic & delicious. SO much better than the typical Mexican restaurant chains in the area! I highly recommend you give support to this small business if you love authentic Mexican food.

Taqueria Flores The new Lunch and BREAKFAST Street Tacos in East Cobb near Lassiter/Trickum and Shallowford.5 Months ago, this new gem took over the old Puerto Rican spot on this corner. All Mexican food now! $3 Tacos? Yes Please. Cilantro and Onions? Yes please. Red Sauce (Spicy) or Green Sauce (I like red but if its still morning, I like the taste of the green). This taco stand in a gas station (don't be scared, his booth inside is very clean-he used to be a kitchen manager at a corporate steakhouse who had very HIGH standards). He has breakfast biscuits too. Flautas, Tortas, Quesadillans and Burritos. Carne Asada (steak), Chorizo and Chicken too, I think. For .50 cents more get Fish or Shrimp. Super NICE new Owner, Machibel? Go visit him and take the kids. My new go-to place near Lassiter! I don't have to drive to Cobb Parkway anymore for good tacos!
