My wife and I brought our kids for dinner. Kyle was our server and was attentive to all our special requests. He was amazing and the food was fantastic as well. Our steaks were cooked to perfection.Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating for a carnivorous lifestyle. Also offer many gluten free options for our children.
Our server was fantastic. Hard working and got us everything we needed. The food though is a different story. I asked for my steak medium well and it was pretty much raw on the inside. My broccoli was hard and not cooked all the way and the same was for my husbands onion rings. This was our first time here and I don’t know if we will come back. The best part of our dinner was the cookies which is kinda funny. Over all the food just wasn’t good. Wasn’t worth the money we spent sadly for $130…

The knife and fork burger was dry and lacked flavor. Was good, but it easily could have been better.
Kimberly Robertos review is a bold face lie! Employees have stated nothing of the sort happen! They were being Karens because they couldn't get what they wanted!

I never thought I would have to write a review like this for Ted's at the Avenues. We have been frequent and loyal customers since they opened. We patron the restaurant at least 3-4 times per week consistently. We spend a lot of money there week after week, year after year. We have become friends with many of the servers there. They know us and our character.Tonight changed all of that. My husband ordered a naked bison burger with fried egg whites, which he as done many times before. The general manager came to the table and rudely said, "We don't offer egg whites. Can I get you something else." My husband was annoyed but just said, "I will just eat my chili, nothing else then."Our waiter (who has a very long tenure and is an excellent server) came to our table to inform us that he went to bat for the egg whites and the manager sent him home. We were shocked. We tipped our server before he left since he had to leave all of his tips behind. We asked for the manager to come back over to the table. He came over very aggressively and when we asked questions and challenged him, he said "I'm done with this conversation, you need to leave."I finished my food and as we were leaving, my husband went towards the kitchen to voice his disappointment with the service and with them sending the waiter home. The manager and one of the cooks proceeded to mock and laugh at my husband and again told him that he was not welcome there anymore.I am simply shocked and so disappointed. We have supported them since they opened, love their food and bring so many people there with us. We have spent so much money there is it unbelievable. All of this over an egg yolk. There are so few good restaurants in West Cobb and with a manager like this, I fear that Ted's will also go under.

The lady at the bar has no idea what customer service is, I placed an order to go, went to pick it up, she barely looked at me, and then even after they brought her the order, she let it sit there with me standing right there, I asked her if it was mine she told me to wait, mind you she wasn't busy there were two people at the bar, kept looking away from me until finally she turned around and said that's yours and turned away again.

Service was good, I had the fish sandwich with a kale salad and both were good but could have been better.
