We came in without a reservation on a busy Friday night, we were met with the kindest host named Graham. He helped me get a coke while we waited for a table to become ready since my blood-sugar was low, and regularly checked in on us. He knew the menu well and gave us some awesome recommendations. Our server Mary was just as impressive and gave excellent recommendations. She recommended the bison burgers over the beef, and we were both impressed. Overall, we had a lovely time, never felt rushed, and will be coming back.

Free drugs with your fish sandwich. I ordered a fish sandwich for carry out and they included a large dose of penicillin in the bun (picture attached) We've been going there over 15 years but something has seriously changed there recently. Never going there again.

Our son wanted steak for his birthday so my family (party of 10) and I celebrated here at Ted’s! This was our first visit at this location (Johnson Ferry Rd) and compared to the southside location their service was impeccable and so was our dinner!! Didn’t get much food pics but our dishes ranged from the Avalon Burger, Ted’s Bacon Cheeseburger, Delicious Duo (equivalent to two sliders; not a double burger like my other son thought) to grilled fish, Bison nachos, Wedge Salad and the Ted’s filet bison recommended by our server Libby to our son who thoroughly enjoyed it!!
Let me back track a tad. When my husband and I first entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted by Scott (who we later found out was the manager)! We felt welcomed and very comfortable! Second we were greeted by our sweet server Libby!! She was the best!! She made sure we had everything we needed!! My husband went back out to bring in our son’s cake from the truck and asked Scott could he bring it in to keep cool until we left. Our original plan was to have it back at our sons’ place but he offered to cut it for us here at the restaurant! That was so kind of him to offer! I highly recommend this location!!! When I tell our service was top notch it was just that and then some!! We drove about an hour to get here and it was well worth the drive!! Libby and Scott thank you again for your kindness and helping to make our son’s birthday a success!!! Also shout out to the chef(s) and those who made our meal awesome!! You all are the best!! Microwave + Caring Food was good quality but everything was cold. The crab cake was flabby. I asked for a box after one bite and the waiter had zero curiosity as to why. We mentioned it when we paid and again, zero ownership. Great if you like cold meatloaf, cold mashed taters and cold veggies.
Update, I emailed the contact provided due to the issues on the same day and zero response. Sent another follow-up and still no response. Sad as I really enjoy the meatloaf but would rather spend money with a restaurant team that cares. #Apathy

Holden was a fantastic server for us, and took very good care of us during our visit. Highly recommend this location, very friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, and hospitable service!
So I went on a date and he recommended this restaurant which specializes in bison. Now I've never had bison but I'm up for trying new things so we met there. They have alot of food items that have bison and they also have alternatives for those who aren't as adventurous lol. They have a few vegetarian options and they offer fish and chicken as well. I ended up getting the knife-and-fork chili cheese burger. I figured I'd get two for one in trying bison in chili form and in burger form. The burger was really good!!! It has jalapeños and onions on it and they were smart in giving you bread on the bottom of the burger because it would've gotten messy if they served it traditional, hence the name knife-and-fork ?. I had an order of fries and they were good too but the star is the burger for sure. For dessert I got the brownie and ice cream. The dessert was good I wish the brownie was a little sweeter but the ice cream and caramel sauce help bring it all together. Overall, a really great place to try something new. I recommend getting a burger your first time going. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't crowded. We were seated pretty quickly and our waitress was very nice!! As far as the date.... well let's just say I won't be going out with him again lol. But I will definitely be back for Ted's ?.

I got the Avalon with green beans and shallots (the chef’s special of that day). Fantastic atmosphere, welcoming staff, amazing, delicious food. We arrived late but the staff was just as attentive as if we had shown up midday.
