Came here to celebrate my boyfriend birthday, service was terrible, food was horrible, drinks was omg bottom bottom shelf. This place is not the spot. The whole night I didn't eat anything. Food service score was an 80. DO NOT COME TO THIS SPOT. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

Do not! I repeat do not go to this place. The food was subpar and they charge you hidden fees on the food and drinks. My husband and I ordered French fries, chicken wings, two drinks and ended up paying $86 bucks. The waiters didn't tell us that there weren't free refills on the sodas so when we got the bill we noticed 5 charges for drinks. When I got there they kept telling me the daiquiri guy was coming of which he never showed up but they had like 5 different flavors of daiquiris on their menu. The comedy pretty good although was most of the comedians I saw just crack on you instead of coming up with their own material. It was just not a good experience to say the least and definitely not a place I would recommend.

I have been coming to Monticello for years and I love it. It is exactly what someone who is generation X is looking for. The music is awesome, entertainers, the food and the people who come are there to PARTY and have a good time! Men and women dance in this place and its nice to come somewhere that men actually buy drinks for a lady they are interested in. I love the ambiance, the performers, the FOOD! Especially that Friday free buffet they have comedy, a sports bar area, a cigar bar, night club and a cool patio. Its a playground for me and I am all for it! The only thing that sucks is the parking but wear comfy shoes and you'll be ok. Make sure you check it out on Sundays too because they have brunch, a day party and end the night with live performances and the performers are top grammy award winning artists! You definitely need to be there. If come when its free to get in you will like it all the more haha! see you there!

I went to Monticello last night! I had a wonderful time and the food was excellent! My problem was a fraudulent credit card debt on my debt card! I gave my card to a server last night ,although she took a long time to return it to me I didn't think nothing of it! This morning I had an addition charge on it for $69.54. I didn't authorize that charge my bank caught it and reverse the charge! My concern now ,someone there is stealing ! If I can make and suggestions, with the volume of patrons you have ,this need to be investigated ASAP! I was lucky but somebody else may not be!! I dine on the outside patio.at around9:39 table p300!

I scheduled a bday party for my son for a party of 8, but of course more people decided to attended. Rhete seemed to mis-communication between the organizer & the waitress and my guest were stuck in the middle. The way the waitress, the event organizer, and manager handled this situation was very rude & unprofessional (the party organizer even cursed at my party)!! My guest included medical and business professionals that I assure you will never revisit this restaurant. I emailed someone to give me a call in reference to our experience..Nothing! If you want to impress some any of your professional / business clients or family, skip this Sports Bar! AVOID!

It was not explained that it is community seating!!!!! So that means if you are on a date night with your love and you have two spare chairs at your tables, they will seat STRANGERS WITH YOU!!! Are you kidding me!!! I will not be coming back to this BS!! And I spend alot of money!

Where should I start. They gave us a table that wasn't clean. We waited almost two hours for our food. The food was bland and the alcohol was water down. I know this for sure because I order a daiquiri and didn't taste any rum, so I ordered a shot, poured the whole shot and tasted nothing. When I spoke to the manger he never denied my Allegations and responded with I'll take it off your bill. Then to boot, we go to pay for the food and the waitress showed us the bill but only left the signature page with the total. Never said the tip was included. When we asked to review the bill we noticed the total included a tip. So if I left the cash I was going to give her, she would have gotten a double tip. Save your time and money and leave them to their ghetto fabulous games!

Visited this spot last weekend for the very first time. The place is huge, the food was amazing and the service/hospitality was fabulous. I really enjoyed the music and the whole vibe! I will definitely make it a point to visit this spot next time I'm in Atlanta.

My first experience at Monticello Atl and I really am a fan. We came on a Thursday night for the free comedy night. The setup was really nice and the wait staff was super kind and attentive. We sat near the stage and ordered our drinks. My friend had the lemon drop and I started with a Corona and ended with the Raspberry Hennessy Margarita, both delicious! Also, the fried wings and mac n cheese. So delicious and made to order. The comedian were all awesome. Funny, and had great originality. I want to come back here on a date night. I enjoyed myself and felt safe. You'd love it here.

The place is kool, the girls at the front door suck. They need customer service training. They just rude. I've had parties here and spent a few thousand. Once you get past the front door it's a ice spot.

So if you come here expect to share your table with strangers and them talking over your food. Then the manager(a older guy with a dirty tan suit) asked my friend does she always dress like this when she goes out. Very rude and disrespectful. I'd rather go to Chick-fil-A with better than these people.

Worst experience ever. A complete money pit. Purchased close up table seating for Ashanti concert. Still could not see the stage due to people standing in front. Why offer those types of seating when you still cannot see the stage. Customer service was horrible. Food order was wrong. Drinks were watered down. Overly priced for mediocre service and food.

Real sleezeball type place. Special needs individuals are ignored and harassed. no one knew what they were doing. Manager looked like he couldn't afford a drink. Drinks were trash. Will never ever return.
