So disappointing. We have been here several times but today will be the last. There is a real lack of consistency at this place. We ordered the Pumpkin Ginger Snap 75% sweet and with tapioca boba. It had zero sweetness, and zero flavor besides a little ginger aftertaste. The boba were not tasty at all. This isn’t the first time we have had issues but it will be the last.

Fun shop to visit. Tea, coffee, and Boba. The iced Vietnamese coffee was made to order and tasted delicious. You can also shop for gift items or a gift for yourself.

This is, unfortunately, the worst boba I’ve ever had. The establishment is very cute , family friendly, and has a nice variety of loose leaf teas and tea brewing accessories. However, the drinks come straight from a faucet (think beer on tap). The only craftsmanship behind the counter came from scooping my tapioca pearls in the cup. My chai was watered down and flavorless and the whole thing tasted artificial. If you’re looking for a spot to treat your kids to a cute juice- this is your place. If you’re looking for well crafted, flavorful boba please save yourself the money, trouble, and disappointment and go elsewhere.

This is my new favorite quiet spot. I didn't even know this place was as nice as it is on the inside. I can't wait to use their Internet cafe and have a cup of coffee.

This place is a Christian based place. It gives out bibles, has kind staff, and is very reasonable.

A Little expensive I think.. but I like the chai with no nasty pearls. Ok so now I'm addicted to the cold Vietnamese Mocha

Have always loved them but today did a catering order for 2 gallons+pearls+cup. Highly recommend to anyone having an event or treating a group of people. Everything was packaged perfectly and ready for pick up at the correct time. The ordering process was super simple on the app. My staff enjoyed the treat!

I tried the Vietnamese Caramel Coffee in the market event and I really enjoyed it.
Tapioca pearls were delicious and the drink combination is really good.

The little gift shop was cute and had a great variety of loose leaf teas. We got some boba and a couple macarons and it was pretty good. Would come again to try something new
