where do i start. after ordering the taro soft serve once, i loved it. i tried coming back SEVEN TIMES. and each time its a new excuse on why this location doesn’t serve soft serve at the moment. one minute it’s the machines down, it’s being cleaned, now it’s not functioning. i have tried getting this for so long and im always disappointed that they don’t have anything running. unreliable and waste of time to come here
(They removed the original boba for some reason) the boba pearls were hard to chew, and the chai vanilla was too overpowered with nutmeg. Service and atmosphere was great nonetheless.
Kid-friendliness: 12+ are able to order by themselves.

Had a coconut oat milk tea with coconut lechee. The coconut lechee is a texture and taste that would have to grow on me.

I love tiny bubbles but this place was even better because they had soft serve boba! This was the strawberry shortcake with peach popping boba. It was sweet but very good.

Me and my daughter love this tea place we normally get the mango tea or the unicorn tea and the pearls are so good. Also there is a young lady that is working almost every time i go in there and she is just very dry and acts like she doesn’t want to be there and i go at least once a week.

Their boba pearls tasted old and made me sick

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been a regular since the first location opened. I started going to the Market location more because it’s a bit easier for me to go to and I can grab a bite to eat too!
I’ve been getting the Berry Lemonade, used to be called the Razzleberry, since the Market location opened up and I became a frequent flyer. I’ve recently tried the Kiwi Twist? FANTASTIC! Especially if you liked the Kiwi drink Starbucks used to offer, this flavor is quite the upgrade!
I absolutely love this place! 20/10 recommend if you need a refreshing drink and some great food!

Service is good and fast but the drinks here are not good lol. Doesn’t matter what drink you get or sweetness level you ask for, the drinks never have any flavor, and boba is over cooked.

My boyfriend and I visited this boba shop on 5/24/2024 at 7:45 pm. Being that I have life threatening food allergies, I ask workers at every restaurant if it is safe for me to consume their food (nut and tree allergy). When I asked the manager of the establishment this question she responded with “I don’t know the ingredients of any of the teas”. Well I thought that was a bit unprofessional being that she is the manager and she does not know the ingredients of the food she’s working with. I asked if she uses any nut milks… and she replies with “Yes almond milk and we also use oat milk.” I decided (at my own risk) to purchase a drink to make my day a bit better and that was a HUGE mistake. When I received the drink it was unsweet (I chose 75% sweetness). I expressed my dissatisfaction of my drink with the manager and she replied with sass and rudeness. Which made my day even worse. As I told the manager how unsweet the drink was and asked about other flavors she interrupted me with “If you don’t like this flavor then you won’t like that one.” Well I decided to choose the drink my boyfriend got. As I told the manager I would like his flavor to replace my old one she replied with “taste his first before I make it to see if you like it”. I was taken back by this reply. I told her “I already tried it and would like that flavor” (some sort of strawberry cream). When I received my drink it had TOO much sugar in it. It was made overly sweet out of spite. I usually don’t make reviews but my experience was so bad I had to let other potential customers know. If you or your children have food allergies DO NOT EAT HERE!!
Dietary restrictions: I have a life threatening tree nut and peanut allergy. If you or your kids have nut allergies do not eat here!

I had a rare/great experience with the owners… on a recent visit, I encountered a less than friendly employee (this is not the usual experience I have at Tiny Bubbles) so I emailed the company to let them know (no I didn’t go straight to writing a negative review because I’ve had so many good experiences here I think it’s lame to give a bad score for one bad apple in the bunch). Anywho, to my surprise, the owner promptly replied. We figured out who the employee was and that employee was held responsible for their actions. The employee even apologized to me.
Moral of the story… one bad employee doesn’t mean the entire business is bad. Sometimes it’s just an unfortunate bad hire or someone having a bad day (like we all do). A little grace goes a long way.
