I come to this location often! my nieces love boba, so it’s become our ‘weekend treat’. Unfortunately, today’s experience with Yasmine left a bad taste. While we were still discussing what we wanted, she started inputting an order we hadn’t confirmed. She didn’t ask for our preferred sweetness level or size—just assumed everything. It was disappointing, especially since we’ve always had such great experiences with the other staff members.
I recently grabbed a mango tea with strawberry/kiwi popping pearls from Tiny Bubbles Tea Bar, and it was a great experience. One thing I loved was the option to choose your sweetness level (50%, 75%, or 100%). I went with 50%, and it turned out to be the perfect balance—sweet enough to enjoy but not overwhelming, making it a great pairing with my lunch. (They removed the original boba for some reason) the boba pearls were hard to chew, and the chai vanilla was too overpowered with nutmeg. Service and atmosphere was great nonetheless.
