Came in to get donuts for my office. The lady that helped me was so nice and my office mates were so happy with the donuts. Also they make a mean mango smoothie and I love that they don’t fill the donuts until you order them. Will be returning!!!

This used to be the best donut place in Marietta. Then new owners bought it out in late 2024 and the donuts are now twice as heavy and have half the flavor they used to have. Their prices do seem slightly cheaper though.
Also, during the buyout transition there was nothing posted about them being closed for a few weeks, not even on their front door. They just had someone come to door and explain over and over to people that knocked what was going on. This process is both amazingly inefficient and incredibly disrespectful to those that made the trip to Tip Top during this time.
Its not the worst donut place you'll find but you can do a lot better, and within Cobb County.

We loved the old fashioned, the everything bagel with sausage, and the donut holes! This is a great road trip stop, and the prices are incredibly reasonable (breakfast for 4 under $15 including a tip)

Under new management, I was skeptical as I loved the previous owners but the experience was just as awesome as I’ve come to expect. Also, they had a large selection of donuts (something that was lacking towards the end of the last owners run).

Stopped in early this morning ( saturday) a few cars in parking lot, I ordered 2 twist , a cinnamon roll,and one glazed. The donuts were so FRESH, Light and fluffy and not overly sweet. I would definitely go back for my donut fix.
Oh well. End of an era. I stopped in today to get a few donuts. I haven't been in quite a while but have passed by recently and wondered why it was so slow and closed at 10:30am one day. And now I know why. New owners. The donuts aren't the same. They had no orange juice. And I asked for a glazed cinnamon twist and got a sugar cinnamon twist. The old owners took down Dunkin donuts next door all by themselves. Unfortunately I won't be back. The thrill is gone!

Noticed they were open again and stopped by today for my weekly croissants. Was saddened to learn that they are under new owners/management. Employee at the front was very nice but, did make a comment about how the previous owners “left this place in a mess”…..I have been coming to this place for well over five years and absolutely loved their food/donuts. That comment rubbed me the wrong way considering how loved this little shop is.
I ordered a ham egg cheese croissant and it was a new recipe. The egg was burnt and it was overall tasteless and dry. I’m genuinely sad that I won’t ever get to taste the previously delicious croissants again 😭. I will give it another try in the future since I live right by it however, I was disappointed.

New Owners....New Recipe.....Disappointed. I used to get donuts here once a week. The donuts used to be light and fluffy and delicious. Now they just taste like grocery store donuts. I'm sad the former husband and wife team had to sell. I probably won't go back.
