I come to this location often and truly enjoy the fast service. I love how there wings aren’t huge but normal size and the honey lemon pepper, mild and honey hot are my top 3 flavors I put in rotation! There fried shrimp taste amazing, and the fried rice! I receive great service every trip and truly enjoy supporting this family owned restaurant.

Please don’t come here during Super Bowl, this is the second year this happened, I order an hour before on the phone, when I get there I have to wait because they don’t place my order, last year I order again in the restaurant because they didn’t place my Order on the phone, I waited 40 mins and they STILL didn’t put in my order… other people were upset too and the lady was rude because we were upset, I understand they are overwhelmed but they shouldn’t have an 11 year old working there and hire more people especially around this time! I wish there was another Touchdown around here.. I’ve been to 2+ locations and this is the only one that disappoints me.

Teeny tiny wings… I was so shocked when I got home and saw the small wings hiding under the 2 regular sized wings. The cashier did open the box to let me look before leaving but I did not inspect underneath. The 5 piece was $8. The sauce tasted great but it definitely was not worth the price.Parking: Free parking located directly in front of restaurant. There are plenty of spots and extra parking around the corner also.

Food was okay. Service was not horrible. Just straight forward people. The ambiance inside was as if they definitely did not want anyone dining in. Chairs were still up at 3pm in the afternoon. Garbage turned around. Take out only.

As a paying customer it’s extremely frustrating to not get what you paid for. I came here excited about receiving “Juicy” Cajun Garlic only to receive the most dry wings possible. I called after eating my first wing and told them that the flavor was incorrect and the lady proceeded to tell me it was the right flavor. (Mind you I literally had the same flavor a month ago and my friend orders the same all the time - she confirmed the wings were incorrect). I ask the lady how the issue could be fixed, she proceeded to just emphasis that the order was correct. So I ask about a full refund.. MIND YOU if the wings at least tasted good I would’ve eaten them, but they didn’t. She says her manager is coming in tomorrow I can talk to them, I said no, if there’s no guaranteed solution I’m not doing that. She proceeds to tell me to come in with my receipt for a refund. So I drive 15 minutes back to the establishment to get my refund. Once there they lady working decided she wanted to keep telling me what I received was juicy Cajun garlic (with not an ounce of juice included) I tell her that’s fine, I want my money back. Then she says she could only refund half because I ate the rice ? y’all the attached picture is exactly how I returned the food. I had one or two bites of the rice MAX. I told her no, I’m getting a full refund.. then she goes well go get the drink, you got a drink too… to which I responded I’ll pay for the drink give me my money back for the food. She goes into the register with an attitude hands me 15.00 (my total was 17.74 & the drink was 1.80) I pulled my calculator out and she shorted me 94 cents. I told her what she shorted me and then let her know I would be sure to just talk to her manager and leave a review. Please let the bigger picture of this be that even if the lady would have just handled the conflict better, there could’ve been resolution. But you give me dry “juicy” wings and then proceed to be beyond rude to me about it. All in all confirm your order is right before taking the plate if you do decide to go here. I won’t be returning to this location anymore.

The chicken wings are small, fries sucked, and the punch and lemonade that they are serving is nothing but kool-aid from the grocery store. I know because I grew up drinking it a lot . I could have saved my money and made this at home.

The honey barbecue wings are horrible Doesn't taste like barbecue sauce Nor does it have a sweet taste You know the real taste of barbecue even if it's not grilled the sauce makes a difference and their sauce is horrible And the female that works there I don't know if she's the wife which I'm quite sure she is she has a nasty attitude sometimes and if people stop going there because of her attitude And the female that works there I don't know if she's the wife which I'm quite sure she is she has a nasty attitude sometimes and if people stop going there because of her attitude Then they wouldn't be able to pay their bills The wings are good but they're not that good to deal with attitude and pay for expensive wings

Today I wanted to get some wings so I ordered the spicy teriyaki and the honey bbq. They told me it would be 15 mins. When I arrived I had to wait an additional minute or two. I get home and open the food to eat it 7 minutes away. The wings are hard and old. Like they just put sauce in wings that were already sitting there. I did like any paying customer would do and I called to show my concern. The guy who answered said to bring the food and he will make it over. Took the food back and someone different than the guy came out and was yelling. Like literally at the top of her lungs that we ate the food already. I tried to get them to just honor their word and give me fresh food and they refused. Out of not wanting to be involved in a civil situation I left but I will be posting this on every forum about food. We were treated rudely, disrespectfully and we paid. Even tipped!!! I will never visit another touchdown wings as long as I breathe even if they were the last wing establishment in the galaxy. Signed a highly pissed chicken lover!!!!

These people make wings and refry them and act like they couldn't make me some fresh wings. Ordered a 20 piece (for 2 people) and we tried 2-3 of the wings a piece and they were terrible. Called and said he'd make some fresh ones but the crazy lady at the front yelled at me like I said something wrong. Thumbs DOWN!
