I had a wonderful experience. I’m here for the birth of my child and was delighted to see this option near the L&D area. Staff were pleasant and the food came out fresh and hot. I was surprised to read so many negative reviews but I’m glad I tried it anyway.

The following food was delicious. It was hot and made to order. I was pleased with the customer service. My sister and I dined for breakfast and lunch and both were very pleased with the food and service. If you happen to be at the hospital and it is usually for an unfortunate reason find so comfort in knowing that you will be able to enjoy a great meal.

Been at the hospital for an extended stay and have eaten here multiple times. The food is hands down the best around! They have great menu options, daily specials and delicious desserts. The executive chef, Alex, was so helpful and remembered to ask how my wife was progressing. I wish they would put him in charge of all the food on the entire campus. It’s worth the walk no matter what part of the hospital you are in!

My omelette was so disgusting! It was by far the worst omelette i have ever eaten in my life; left me with an upset stomach due to the amount of grease that was used and the veggies being charred! When i brought it to the managers attention, he replied but you ate from, such poor customer service! You’ve been warned. Stay away from their breakfast food items, they are poor quality and disgusting! They used to have good food, not sure what changed from the time i had my last baby here to now but it’s not worth your money or health!

Staying at the hospital when I found the breakfast to be very good. My only complaint is that the hours are awful. This is a hospital they should have longer hours or at least 7 days a week. People in reviews complain about the service. Sure some of them look like they don't care, they're just there for a paycheck, but I don't really care either so it works out.

The manager Greg that runs this place is super rude. This the second terrible ran in I had with him and I’ve had it. One morning I was with my daughter. All I heard is he shouted good morning to me. In all honesty I didnt hear him because I was on a call with a patient. Mr. Greg I work for the call center. If I’m on the phone I’m freaking helping customers something you need to learn how to do because you’re terrible at it. I’m working while yet I’m still trying to give you guys business. That was rude. My second experience is my husband asked him about ordering a cake for my birthday he said some bogus story when we knew better. So I asked another worker. My suspicions was confirmed so here he came with the paper he looked me straight in my face put the paper in the back and refuse to serve me. I stood there waiting to see if any of them would have come give me service, no one came. I lost my appetite and trash the breakfast I bought from them. It ain’t even about the service but honestly I felt so disrespected as a human being. The only two things I can think about pertaining his behavior either he’s a racist or he got caught in a lie because he’s a racist. I’m so applauded that it happened to me from a manager. It’s like because he’s manager he can feel free to treat another human being like that because these reviews reflecting how rude he is and seeming he never got discipline. Greg you don’t ever ever have to worry about serving me again. Your food ain’t even all that and makes me run to the restroom anyways that’s why I only get certain items. I spend more money in there than your paycheck and to be treated like that is beyond me. I won’t spend another dollar that’s a promise.

The manager Greg for his place is unbelievably disrespectful and rude. Terrible service. I will make my voice heard because many times I experienced his attitude and brush it off. Well I will no longer tolerate it. Just like I was shown I didn’t matter and a piece of trash when I was refused to be served by this man.. I’m going as far as wellstar cooperate because I am truly taken back that this came from a manager and I be in there everyday spending my money supporting this place. It’s hurtful and I will be heard…..Greg you don’t have to worry about serving me again because I refuse to spend another penny.
