On 4th of July we decided to place an order on an online website for twisted Taco come to find out that the store was closed but yet took our money. The next day my son went to go tell them and get his money back but all they would do is give him a $50 gift card. I find that deplorable. They should have given him the option or given him his money back instead of giving him a gift card after we spend the money on that gift card. Never going to return again.
I just received an apology and refund into my son account as well as the 50.00 gift card for him to keep. I appreciate the fact that they made good on this mishap. Thank you
I came here over this past weekend and just had to make a review on how amazing the service was. All of the staff were so friendly and kind. Every single person working was truly doing an INCREDIBLE job, props to this team.
Great food and always quick to order
This place is a gem. Being in the area for a seminar, we needed a quick meal. Twisted Taco was most satisfying.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. The tacos I got were really good. The whole ordering process was really confusing though. I also came on a Tuesday and I'm not totally convinced I got the Taco Tuesday deal that they were offering. The employee said she rang it in, but I'm not sure she did because the math doesn't math. Regardless, I'll probably be back because dang those tacos were good.
A Tex-Mex food service that reminds me of Chipotle or Moe's with more of a small local feel and most of the time better service.
The tacos are good enough.
We have absolutely loved this place in the past. Great food, good portions, staff is kind and attentive. Over the last few months they are heading downhill fast, unable to order and stock basic ingredients. This time it was steak, last time pork, time before was chicken, and so on. Getting worse each time we show up to find most of our order unavailable and staff interest in dealing with it is lacking.

The food is good. Food portions and food preparation are inconsistent. Some staff members are friendly and welcoming, and others are definitely not. Food prices have varied greatly for the same order. I've gotten the same thing approximately 10 times over the last 2 months, and the total has varied from highest to lowest by $10.

Awesome tacos. Had the fried avocado and carne asada. Now I wish there was one about 2 hours north.

They recently changed their menu removing chicken & waffle and the crab cake taco (two of my absolute favorites that I use to get every time), not sure but I think some others had been removed too and several others are now "premium"... I tried a few different tacos this past visit and they weren't bad, but without my favorites, I'm not sure I'll be back, they were the main reason I chose to get tacos from here.

Fried avocado and tombstone tacos were so good! Just how I remembered them from Georgia Tech!

So I decided to try Twisted Taco. I got the spicy chicken quesidalla. I was dissapointed in the quality of the food. I am not sure what I was expecting, other than better quality than Taco Bell. I was wrong.

My son and I came in on Taco Tuesday, we got both the soft and hard shell tacos. They were both fresh and full of meat and toppings. The service/staff was also amazing. Very attentive. Dining area was very clean. We will definitely return.
