Asked for my order and I stated what I wanted. Then they repeated my order back to me and I said yes. That’s correct. Got my food and the whole order was NOTHING I asked for. ? WTH . . . Check you bag before you leave. Basically.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. TT was the most disrespectful, rude and racist "server " I have ever encountered. She refused to clean our table and take our order or serve us. Everyone else in the restaurant was served. She directed other staff to not serve us. We ended up doing a to go order which was also held up once she realized it was ours.

Confused because I’m trying to figure out since when this Waffle House or any Waffle House closes at 3 am? Then to say yall are only doing online orders, we said okay, then we ask “can we place our orders on our phones while waiting inside” she says “no because I’m about to mop my floors” so not only did she say we had to do an online order while standing in the store, but she put us out because she was supposedly about to mop the floors. Very much inconvenient!

Normally they have good service and prices, but today the service was very poor. When we came in, there were no customers and two employees, and we sat at a table. We waited for 10 minutes and we thought maybe the restaurant was closed. I got up to ask one of the employees and she replied very rudely telling me she was busy and would get to us. She then repeated herself again raising her voice and said she would get to us. I can't stress enough that there were no other customers in the restaurant. We decided to leave instead. This happened on 3/2/24 at around 4PM.

Listen I visited this wafflehouse and order an allstar. I love waffle house food but this particular location on this particular day cooked by this particular cook is like no other. I can not explain how perfect the waffles were they were like melting gold. And everything else was remarkable as well.That cook that day mustve had a fantastic night because he did NOT come to play. He was all about the perfect mixtures and perfect cook times…God bless that cook!

The food was great, Cooked the way I ordered it. The only reason why I gave the service of three is because the woman that was serving me was new. But she was very friendly and courteous. Just a little slow on refilling the drinks.
We came in around 7:45pm. 2 employees there: one waiter and one cook. Not busy; we got our food before we got our drinks and silverware. It took the waiter 2 trips to bring our drinks and silverware. The cook stayed on his phone the whole time we were there. There were 2 dirty tables when we got there and still there when we left. We never did get service again. Poor way to run a shift. We are from out of town.

We stopped by for a very late dinner and were nev served after 30 minutes. We got three "be therein a minute"s in the first 15 minutes at the bar. Then we moved to a recently opened table for ease of communication. After that, we might as well have been invisible. After another 15 minutes a waitress came by to take the order...of a man who had just walked in. Extremely disappointing as Waffle House was just what we were craving. A new location is needed, I guess.
