We walked into a mostly empty restaurant, only one other booth and one man at the bar. We were not greeted, not offered a menu or drinks, and not acknowledged at all by staff for 10-15 minutes. The staff walked past us multiple times and didn't even make eye contact. We just got up and left.

This Waffle House is quite close to our house, and we have been here several times. Service can be delayed at this location. Today, we ordered online for pickup. The order was placed at 10:58am with a pickup time of 11:15am. We arrived at 11:15, and not only was our order not ready, they hadn't even started cooking it yet. There were many people who were there before us who had been waiting for quite some time. We finally got our order at 11:50am - almost an hour later. They had 8 employees working behind the counter and multiple customers awaiting orders. It was ridiculous. Won't be going back to this location.

I’m not rating 1 bc most of the servers try, but the one who doubles as cook might try to grill you for a tip (pun intended) like he did me, and I didn’t even recieve my meal yet plus he wasn’t even the person serving my table. Very off putting. Which is surprising seeing as the others are very polite while they work.
I placed a Togo order and received large peices of egg shell in my waffle. The service was kind when I picked up my food, but I was unable to call them to atleast let them know that their batter had egg shells.

Hi. Happy, busy day. It was at this location of a Waffle House, but the staff were stern, stoned faced, and stand-offish. My server, Cherrie, had sunglasses on inside the restaurant, it’s no wonder she held a price guide an inch from her face to read it, as well as not offering my son and I menus to choose our food. I was direct and to the point, but gave me a stare down glare, like she wanted to fight me. I used to work here at this location as a grill master. This place was always tight, with great service. Not the case today. It’s a Friday, 12pm, it gets busy, with Waffle House selling the most T-Bone steaks in the USA. The food was decent. Tables were dirty our entire time there, with another customer complaining about burnt bacon, and wanted a recook. Staff did not seem to have a sense of, push if you will, on what this place needs to bring. Maybe they were short staffed, or, the chemistry of the day just wasn’t in line with stars. Areas of opportunity.
Son and I had a great time. Great service.
