I placed a Togo order and received large peices of egg shell in my waffle. The service was kind when I picked up my food, but I was unable to call them to atleast let them know that their batter had egg shells.

Hi. Happy, busy day. It was at this location of a Waffle House, but the staff were stern, stoned faced, and stand-offish. My server, Cherrie, had sunglasses on inside the restaurant, it’s no wonder she held a price guide an inch from her face to read it, as well as not offering my son and I menus to choose our food. I was direct and to the point, but gave me a stare down glare, like she wanted to fight me. I used to work here at this location as a grill master. This place was always tight, with great service. Not the case today. It’s a Friday, 12pm, it gets busy, with Waffle House selling the most T-Bone steaks in the USA. The food was decent. Tables were dirty our entire time there, with another customer complaining about burnt bacon, and wanted a recook. Staff did not seem to have a sense of, push if you will, on what this place needs to bring. Maybe they were short staffed, or, the chemistry of the day just wasn’t in line with stars. Areas of opportunity.

It’s like they price the food wrong on the tickets on purpose. The last three times I’ve been they added random charges to my food and forgot to start the waffles until all the other food is ready. $28 for a hash brown bowl and waffle

Food was alright except the bacon, it wasn't done enough for me. If our waitress would have been a little more attentive, she would have liked her tip alot more.

So took about 2 bites and knew it was not it today the waitress was awesome but cook dropped the ball. My grits were lumpy my bacon burnt and overall not good.

I love to get some waffles, coffee, sweet tea, toast, chicken sandwich, and biscuits. I also like to play some pop music on the jukebox.
Whatever you do avoid sitting in Nishas section, she’s rude making you feel like an inconvenience. She doesn’t check on you to see if you need anything and only brings half your order. Anytime you ask for anything she rolls her eyes and drops it off while walking by with out any eye contact or making sure you have everything. If you need the rest of your order good luck getting it because she doesn’t check in. She’s to preoccupied in her phone to pay attention to customers. She’s also rude to her coworkers who have to pick up her slack. Sit with Natalie she’s the BEST!!!
