The food was amazing, as usual, and Monique was such a bright ray of sunshine! That whole team works so joyfully together. It reminded me of a family and it really added to the experience.

I came in to have some breakfast. There was maybe 8 - 10 other people already in their, some of which were already eating. I sat down and waited patiently for a waitress. After about 20 minutes someone came and took my order. I patiently waited another 45 minutes while taking care of some business on my phone. I happen to look up and all but 2 other people had eaten and were gone. I asked how long on my food? after another 10 minutes of waiting, I told the waitress to forget about it, and asked did she need me to pay for the drink. She stated yes. You would think after an hour they would have politely said no, instead I got some smart ass remarks from one of the workers. Politely went to the other waffle house 10 minutes away and was served in 15 minutes with roughly the same size staff and similar patrons. They don't have to ever worry about me coming back to those untrained, unprofessional ass people. Skip this one and find you another. Ironically I was in the other location sharing my experience and it happened to be a regular he says he drives by there to go to the one on Thornton.

Walked in on 10/06/24 9:50pm Sunday night we set down the waitress with red hair was on her phone never spoke never acknowledge us. One table had already been served so there was no one else in there but myself and my husband on top of that a young man walked in the waitress immediately took his order even though we were sitting at the table she still never came over to acknowledge us. We then proceeds to get up and walk out she still never said anything also we're regular customers at this location but there has also been turnover we understand but you still have to acknowledge the customers not that Waffle House care about the customers but we will not return, tonight was the worst no customer service it sucked please give this kid some training on customer service!!! As far as I'm concerned look at the reviews maybe ya'll should consider closing this one down .

I went to he waffle house right down the road from where I live and it was an amazing experience. The waitress was really polite and made sure we were settled. The food was absolutely delicious.
