I’ve been come to this Waffle House for years and every time service is great, But tonight it was terrible. I waited nearly an hour. I ordered 2 hash brown bowls with the young lady with tattoos and once my order was ready I noticed I only received 1 bowl although I was charged for 2. I go back to the lady and ask for a refund for 1 because I wasn’t going to wait and the server and the cook tell me they don’t know how to process a refund. That I can come back in the morning when their manager is there. The lady’s were nice but please train employees better. There’s no reason they can’t do refunds

I won’t ever come back here again. I got locked out of my house one night went In here to ask if I can use someone phone to call my mom and maybe have a cup of coffee to warm up. The waitress said I had to ask the manager and the manager told me no. I’ve worked at many waffle houses and I was shook by the customer service.

I can’t believe that one of the managers told me I was banned from coming to this location all because of some dark brown waffle I ordered to go for 6$ and I gave the waitress the 5$ and I had to go to my car to see if I can find another 1$ and I had to leave because I couldn’t find a 1$ and all they could’ve did was cancel the order use common sense. So y’all can now have a nice life I’m done!!!

This location on the corner of Powder Springs and Barrett Pkwy is what you would expect from W H. Clean tables, friendly, attentive staff and ALWAYS good food. Sadly, I can't say the same about the Hiram location..with its old coffee, loud music, and servers that don't really pay attention to you.

Night crew is up charging ridiculous prices. Stealing money from customers. Lady told me she couldn’t give me my receipt that’s when I knew it was a scam. Fire them immediately.
We picked up our food and it was piping hot ready to go! Service felt like family. I have no complaints.

It's often said if you've eaten at one waffle House you should probably eating at them all. And the staff at each location makes each one have its own vibe. This one was a very busy place with a lot of customers and yet all the staff were moving and having genuine smiles on their faces while talking to each other and us customers.
