I just felt the need to get on here and give a big positive shout-out to this Waffle House. Me and my four-year-old went there today. The staff was awesome. They were collectively working as a team and talking to each other. The energy was so great. We got our food and like five minutes. Kudos to all the staff working today. Y’all did awesome! We’ve been this waffle house many times. It’s our favorite!

Brian, our server today, was friendly, efficient and just the BEST ! Our eggs, bacon and waffles were cooked perfectly! I was shocked at how amazing waffle House was today. I will definitely return!

I came to eat there at 10pm on Sunday 03/17/24. The servers didn’t bother to take my order or at least ask me what was I going to drink. So they just left me there waiting and acting like my money wasn’t good so I just left

Not all locations are great all the time. Don't ever be surprised by this as their employees are overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated.That being said, my most recent experience was great! The server had a great attitude, was prompt, and friendly. The grill operator was wonderful, too. She (I am assuming) paid attention to detail while preparing the to-go order. Nothing was over or under cooked, and my husband was very happy with his meal once I got it to him. Tip: Don't order Waffle House to-go if you don't live close by. The food steams in the containers, so the quality changes.
Ordered food online. When I get their my food was ready but their was no cook, so I don’t know who cooked my food but whoever did they need to be trained again. Waffle turned out be undercooked and Texas cheese steak sandwich looked terrible and just tossed in the to-go box any kind of way. I also added a tip to the order online. Since there was no cook in the kitchen, who did I tip!
